Application Research On Achievement Goal Orientation Theory In Swimming Teaching In Common Universities

Physical education in colleges and universities of the vast majority of projects are in the land,the students have become accustomed to land project forms of exercise.While swimming was conducted in the water and practitioner when swimming in the water body is in a supine or prone position that didn't agree with they are used to position posture completely.Swimmers will be because of the buoyancy of water,pressure,dizziness,nausea,difficulty breathing resistance produces discomfort of plus water fluctuation,can lead to a beginner it is difficult to find the focus of the body,so that they can't control their own body balance.So students it is difficult to adapt to this new form of activity in beginners will lead to appear in the process of swimming,choking,drowning the phenomenon of water so that they produce for the fear of water.In this paper,the achievement goal orientation theory is applied to the university public sports swimming electives,expected to reach the experiment teaching of the corresponding target: by cultivating individual achievement goal orientation to form more excellent classroom atmosphere,alleviate the fear of university students learning swimming;At the same time,it is better to cultivate students' achievement goals in order to improve the knowledge,skills and skill level of the individual,as well as the degree of effort and consistency.Improve the level of students swimming technical level,physical quality and psychological ability,and optimize the swimming teaching training or study way,further enhance the effect of physical education teaching? Through the application of the theory of achievement goal of swimming elective course of physical education in public colleges and universities in the city Changchun students,alleviate the current situation of psychological fear of college students in public swimming elective course,the achievement goal theory to carry on the experiment in swimming,swimming skills improve students' interest in learning,to alleviate the fear of water,to improve swimming teaching effect,improve students' interest in swimming.At the same time through the achievement goal theory is mastered by students,to improve the individual theoretical knowledge,technology and skills,as well as the level of effort and persistence;more important is to improve students' psychological ability to adapt to the external environment,while optimizing the way of learning.Therefore,the achievement goal orientation theory is not only applicable to the University Swimming elective course teaching.But also can provide a valuable reference for other professional teaching.Research on pre sorting through literature research methods,to lay the theoretical foundation for this research;then through expert interviews,through expert guidance,issues related to the experimental teaching of mathematical analysis and modification;statistics through the questionnaire before and after the experiment on the related indexes of the experiment,so as to provide the basis of the experimental teaching effect analysis;and the application of the theory of achievement goal orientation is realized through teaching experiment method,finally to the achievement goal orientation theory is not only suitable for the University Swimming elective course teaching,but also can provide a valuable reference for other professional teaching.The experimental results are as follows: 1 The produce is because the goal of mastering swimming technology is not clear,so in the process of setting goals to comprehensive consider the objective ability and level of students,on the other hand also encourage students to actively participate,timely feedback information,communicate with teachers and communication.2 Process after the intervention,achievement goal theory of experimental classes of students body level also can get obvious,at the same time,the technology of breaststroke obviously better than that in comparative classes in learning,in the swimming,the technology is good or not directly determines the speed of the meshes,therefore has the technical advantage,experimental classes of students in the whole speed is better than that in comparative classes of students.3 Achievement goal theory in swimming teaching on the one hand,can stimulate students' motivation to learn new skills,ease due to fear of rebellious attitude,let the students to participate in the process of setting goals task orientation and ego orientation goals,on the other hand through the effective role of learning motivation,has promoted the students' learning habits,to learn to swim at the same time technology has a good attitude,the other in the future the study of the new technology also laid a certain psychological foundation.
