Explosive force is the key factor of winning the track and field events,explosive force directly affects whether the results are excellent or not,so the track and field coaches in sports training all attach great importance to the development of athletes explosive force.Contemporary sports competitive level unceasing enhancement,is closely related to the social understanding of explosive force deepening.Rapid expansion composite training can effectively improve the sprinters lower limbs explosive power,there are also many studies have shown that rapid telescopic compound training and weight training will get more prominent effect,weight training in the use of different ways the rapid expansion of composite training will produce different effect.Therefore,I hope that through experiment contrast and analysis,to explore the best sprinter in colleges and universities training methods combination of lower limb strength and explosive force.I want to improve the athlete's maximum strength and explosive force,avoid injury of sprint players.I used experimental method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics and literature review of this paper,the experimental object is Liaoning Shihua University 12 sprint male athletes,the Liaoning Shihua University,in the case of random 12 male sprinters were divided into 6 experimental group ? and 6 experimental group?.Two groups,respectively,using different ways to load composite training practice,the rapid expansion of the experimental group weight and rapid expansion composite training(hereinafter referred to as the compound training),control group to rapid expansion composite training,after 8 weeks of training,it is concluded that the best sprinter in colleges and universities far mobilization training methods combination of lower limb strength and explosive force.After training,through analysis and summary,the following research conclusions:1.After eight weeks of compound training,athletes lower limbs explosive power of improvement were highly significant difference(P < 0.01),the strength of lower limbs athletes improve are also highly significant difference(P < 0.01).2.After 8 weeks with rapid expansion composite training,30 m running jump,triple jump,in situ longitudinal touch high,explosive force tester,and the improvement of special scores were highly significant differences(P < 0.01),the improvement of standing long jump test with significant difference(P < 0.05).Athletes squat rm 1 and 60% weight of crouch 5 times the improvement of timing was highly significant difference(P < 0.01),squat/weight ratio increase with significant difference(P < 0.05).3.Composite training and weight-bearing rapid expansion and compression training can be better compared to improve the college sprinters lower limb explosive force and lower limb strength.Conclusion: Compound training can improve the power and strength of lower extremities.The fast expansion and retractive compound training can improve the power and strength of the lower extremities.The combination of the training and the rapid expansion of compound training can improve the lower limb explosive strength and lower limb strength.
