The intermediary industry after ten years of rapid development closely linked the change of economic and Chinese.The Overseas study intermediary business,also in more than ten years after the market burnish,have different patterns.The industry has a large scale,sound management of enterprises in order to pursue some breakthroughs,most choose diversification the road,in the study of the front-end,back-end development.So,how to ensure the implementation of diversification strategy successfully,this paper chose to study the industry analysis object as the leader of Aoji education group,the enterprise is a traditional old immigration agency,is the implementation of related diversification strategy.But the Aoji education group in recent years a slight decline in market performance,this paper attempts to find out the current situation through the analysis of enterprise diversification strategy existing problems and puts forward some suggestions,To promote enterprises to enhance market share,steady development.Firstly,the related theories of enterprise diversification strategy are summarized;and then introduces the development process of overseas market and characteristics,respectively from Aoji education group in which the industry strategic environment analysis,competitive environment,external environment conducive to the overall implementation of the strategy of the enterprise,and the rapid development of new mode of competition pressure from within the industry with scale opponents of enterprises;after analyzing the external environment,the condition of strategic resources within enterprises were examined,including human resources,marketing ability,financial ability,management and service capabilities,and analyzes the development of Australian International Education Group,6 business unit,the business development is not balanced;the conditions of the enterprise and industry strategic environment based on,using SWOT analysis tools to analyze the strategic choice,Aoji education group should choose the SO strategy and ST strategy,pay attention to The growth type strategy and diversification strategy.Finally,combined with the actual situation of the enterprise,put forward to promote overseas business through market segmentation,the introduction of talent management to enhance the management level,strengthen customer management and promote the business growth in the use of big data,while supporting the development of brand strategy and improve the enterprise culture construction,in order to ensure the success of diversification strategy Aoji education group the implementation..This paper points out that diversification strategy is an effective way for enterprises to seek new development and expansion of the scale,affected by external environment greatly,not only a single business to pay attention to the change of market environment,the multi business development of enterprises,should grasp the change of market environment,to be able to timely adjustment of the diversified business enterprise.At the same time,the actual situation of the diversified development of a certain degree of control,first of all to the core businesses stronger,enhance competitive advantage,strengthen customer management,improve the management level of the enterprise,with the further development of the implementation of brand strategy,promote the strategic management of the enterprises,promote the long-term development of the enterprise.Also hope that this paper will study the industry enterprises to seek for the diversified development has a certain referential significance.
