| In recent years,our country’s employment pressure has increased year by year,and the society urgently needs adult training institutions to meet the needs of enterprises and institutions for special human resources after transformation and upgrading.Since 2010,the number of adult education and training institutions has exploded.Under the background of coexisting with challenges,if adult education and training institutions want to maintain a competitive advantage in the ever-changing market,they must tap and enhance their core competitiveness.This paper selects Ningxia ZG Education Company as the research object.First of all,it studies the theories about core competitiveness at home and abroad,and lays a solid foundation for the research.Secondly,analyze the internal and external environment of Ningxia ZG Education Company by using analysis tools such as "PEST" and Porter’s Five Forces Model,and clarify the internal resources,capabilities and competition conditions of Ningxia ZG Education Company in the external environment.Thirdly,this paper constructs the core competitiveness evaluation system,and establishes 6 first-level indexes and 33 second-level indexes of human resources,corporate culture,marketing ability,management ability,technical resources,and innovation ability,and uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the indexes at all levels.Weights.At the same time,the internal employees,new and old students and other relevant personnel in the industry of Ningxia ZG Education Company were investigated by issuing questionnaires,and the core competitiveness of Ningxia ZG Education Company was comprehensively combined with the weights of indicators at all levels obtained from the evaluation system.score.Finally,according to the score and grade evaluation,analyze the problems existing in the core competitiveness of Ningxia ZG Education Company,find out the reasons behind it,and propose strategies to improve the core competitiveness.The evaluation results show that the core competitiveness of Ningxia ZG education company is rated as "Medium",which indicates that the company lacks strong core competitiveness,there are such problems as unstable teaching staff,lack of enterprise cohesion,unreasonable pricing,and serious homogenization of products.In the future development,reasonable countermeasures need to be taken,raise the salary of teachers,strengthen the motivation of staff,strengthen the construction of enterprise culture,strengthen the teaching advantage,improve the management level,strengthen the independent innovation,through these effective measures to enhance the core competitiveness of Ningxia ZG education company.This article intends to provide some guidance for Ningxia ZG Education Company to enhance its core competitiveness,it also provides some reference for other enterprises of the same type to conform to the development trend and realize the goal of sustainable development in the increasing market competition. |
