High quality teachers achieve high quality education.The construction of "double qualified teachers" in private higher vocational education is an important part of the construction of private teachers in China.but also reflects a characteristic of the private higher vocational education,which is the key to the reform of teaching,the cultivation of students'innovation and the improvement of practical ability.Therefore,to promote the construction of"double qualified teachers" in private higher vocational education is the future of private higher vocational education,It is also the need of training high-quality talents.From the present stage,the strength of the "double qualified teachers" in private higher vocational education is still not strong enough,and its overall quality is not very high.In this paper,a case study of the private L Career Academy in Hebei Province,taking the dual quality of Private Higher Vocational Colleges and the professional development of teachers as the perspective,using literature analysis,questionnaire survey and case analysis.This paper introduces the basic situation of L of the Career Academy,analyzes these problems,mainly due to the lack of incentive mechanism,construction of teachers do not attach importance to the training of teachers,teachers structure is irrational,the problems of individual teachers.The causes of the problems are analyzed from three aspects:school leaders,teachers and society.Clearly the specific principles and objectives of construction,the existing problems and need to change the concept,pay attention to the construction of "double qualified teachers",reasonably guide the "double qualified teachers" in the aspects of their quality improvement,do extracurricular talent introduction work,in order to enrich the"double qualified teachers",establish a scientific and reasonable "double qualified teachers"professional development of the incentive mechanism,so as to build up a good quality and stable structure of part-time teachers;at the same time also need to further improve the training system and training teachers.In order to play a positive role in the construction of"double qualified teachers" in private higher vocational education.
