In the background of higher vocational enrollment expansion,the number of students in colleges has increased significantly.Higher vocational colleges,as the main field to cultivate senior applied talents,should clarify the key characteristics of applied talents with vocational practical knowledge and professional practical skills.Most of the existing studies have focused on the construction of a “dual teacher” team building,ignoring the core position of practical courses in vocational education teaching.In the face of the general shortage of “dual teachers” in higher vocational colleges,we should give priority to meet the teaching needs of practical courses and build a high-quality“dual teacher” team of practical courses with reasonable personnel structure.This study focuses on the construction of a “dual teacher” team for practical courses in higher vocational.Focusing on the current situation of the construction of“dual teachers” for practical courses in three higher vocational colleges in S province,this study explores the current situation of the construction of “dual teacher” teachers for practical courses from the four dimensions: personnel structure,recruitment and selection,professional growth and assessment and incentive.In the research on the current situation of the construction of a “dual teacher”team for practical courses in higher vocational colleges,the main methods of research and discussion are the research methods of text analysis,questionnaires and interviews.Firstly,through the textual analysis of the official school policies,the school-based construction requirements of the “dual-teacher” team for practical courses can be grasped.Secondly,through questionnaires and interviews with college teachers,the current situation of the construction of a “dual teacher” team in higher vocational practical courses is further explored.Finally,combined with the relevant theories and the guidance of the national vocational education policies,this paper compares the current construction status with the expected pattern of the construction of the“dual-teacher” team for practical courses,and sorts out the existing problems in the construction of the “dual-teacher” team for practical courses in higher vocational colleges from the four aspects: the basic personnel structure,recruitment and selection,professional growth and assessment and incentive.The research shows that there are some practical problems in the process of building the “dual-teacher” team of practice courses,such as insufficient overall planning of personnel structure,inflexible recruitment and selection,inconsistent criteria for identifying “dual-teacher” for practice courses.Meanwhile,the effectiveness of teachers’ professional growth training needs to be improved and the assessment and incentive system needs to be specific,which are also problems in the construction process.Therefore,in order to improve the quality of the construction of the“dual-teacher” team for practical courses in higher education colleges,this research proposes that the personnel structure’s top-level design and planning of the“dual-teacher” team in practical courses should be strengthened first,and the collaborative training of vocational teachers should be done well.Secondly,in the process of faculty recruitment and selection,the recruitment of full-time teachers,part-time teachers and high-level talents is combined with standardized,flexibility and adaptability.And in the mechanism of recognizing dual-teacher of practice courses,a system of intercommunity of professional qualifications for dual-teacher of practice courses should be established,and a corresponding third-party recognizing agency should be set up.Thirdly,the professional development of “dual teacher” of practical courses should be promoted in various ways,increasing investment,and creating a diverse platform for teacher professional development.Finally,measures such as assessment and incentive should be improved to promote the dynamic assessment process.The construction of a “dual teacher” team for practical courses in higher vocational education has a positive effect on vigorously developing higher vocational education.This research can provide some thoughts for promoting the high-quality construction of the “dual teacher” team for practical courses in higher vocational colleges.
