Competitive martial arts is based on traditional martial arts,combined with western competitive sports culture,and constantly improves the development of competitive sports.Its development process is a process of continuous reference,exploration and innovation.At present,the competitive martial arts routine is developing in the direction of "high,difficult,beautiful,new",and gradually moves closer to the "Olympic sports model".The competition requires athletes to maximize their personal level of competition under the constraints of competition rules and regulations,with the goal of achieving excellent results.Competitive martial arts is a test of athletes' competitive ability,technical level,physical fitness and mental quality.Physical fitness is the basis of competitive ability and athletic performance.Only when the physical fitness is good,the correct action mode and the physical functioning are good can the athletic skills and athletic performance be maximized.Athletes who have problems with action modes and inadequate functionality can weaken athletic skills to varying degrees,and for a long time,action compensation and even sports injuries will occur.Functional Motion Screening(FMS)is a widely recognized evaluation technique used to evaluate athletes 'basic movement quality.It can clearly observe athletes' movement patterns,muscle control capabilities,physical flexibility and stability,etc.The comprehensive performance has important guiding significance for timely detection of athletes' flexibility and stability problems,lack of functionality,and prevention of sports injuries,and provides guidance and assistance for athletes to formulate training plans.Star Offset Balance Test(SEBT)is a test method for balancing ability.It is used to evaluate the dynamic balance ability of the subject's posture stability.It has a significant effect on improving the subject's dynamic balance and can improve the athlete's performance.Physical fitness abilities provide guidance and help.Therefore,FMS and SEBT tests have important guiding significance in competitive martial arts routines.By consulting the literature,it is found that there are few related studies.This article applies FMS and SEBT to martial arts routine training to find out the athletes' functional weakness and formulate?corrections.The program provides guidance and help for the scientific training of martial arts routine athletes.The purpose of this study is to explore the functional movement testing rules and problems of high-level martial arts athletes by performing functional tests of FMS and SEBT on the test athletes,and to formulate a correction plan to correct the functional insufficiency and movement of high-level martial arts athletes in our province Poor models and strengthening dynamic balance provide effective training programs.Through empirical research,a preliminary exploration and formulation of a functional correction training program suitable for the province's competitive martial arts routine athletes.Research methods: mainly adopt the methods of literature,expert interview,expert questionnaire,experiment,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.Taking34 high-level athletes from Hebei Wushu Routine Training Team as experimental objects,they were divided into Changquan group(changquan athletes)and Taijiquan group(taijiquan athletes).FMS and SEBT tests were conducted,based on the screening results Develop a correction training program and conduct 12-week correction intervention at a frequency of 3 times a week.The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)The overall FMS of martial arts routine athletes in Hebei Province tends to be good in terms of scoring results.The average scores of the total test scores of the two groups(Changquan group and Taijiquan group)are 14.71 ± 1.52 and 16.20 ±1.32,respectively.The risk of injury is small,and the overall screening results of Taijiquan athletes are better than those of Changquan.After the SEBT test,the analysis of the data shows that the overall dynamic balance ability of Wushu routine athletes is superior to other sports events.The stretching distance of Taijiquan is generally higher than that of Changquan.The research results show that the dynamic balance ability of Taijiquan is better than Changquan.class;(2)The test indicators with lower scores in the FMS test are: front and rear split leg squats,trunk stability push-ups and torsional stability,two of which(front and rear split leg squats,torsional stability)are asymmetric test indicators,Analyzing thescores of these two indicators,it is found that the tested athletes generally score higher on the right than on the left.In addition,in the SEBT test,it was found that the supported extension distance of the right leg of the tested athletes was generally higher than that of the left leg,which indicated that there was an imbalance in the limb development of the tested athletes,and the imbalance of the left and right limbs of the Changquan events was more obvious.Coaches should pay more attention to the functional obstacles and physical asymmetry of athletes;(3)After intervening in Hebei martial arts routine athletes,the number of successful FMS,SEBT and routine exercises have been improved,and the improvement effect of dynamic balance ability in the SEBT test is significantly higher than that of Taijiquan;(4)The FMS and SEBT tests can effectively evaluate and diagnose the action patterns,limb functions,dynamic balance ability and sports injuries of competitive routine athletes in Hebei Province,and formulate targeted correction training programs based on the test results,which can develop sports for athletes.Training plan to improve guidance and help;(5)The correction training program of this study has a significant effect on the correction of the physical functions of high-level martial arts routine athletes(Changquan group and Taijiquan group)in Hebei Province.The correction program varies with the screening test population.Incorporating functional corrective training on the basis of traditional training has a significant effect on improving the tested athletes 'FMS score,SEBT test stretching distance,and the number of routine exercises successful.3.The dynamic balance ability has a significant growth effect,which has a positive promotion effect on the improvement of athletes' athletic skills,movement quality,and athletic level.
