Rowing as one of the fitness dominant items,rowing sporters’strength excercise itsrestraints upon their competitive capacity in a large part.At the same time,resistancetraining is one of the important means that can improve rowing sporters’strengthquality.Without a doubt,designing and carrying out reasonable plan of resistancetraining in the period known as adolescence make great sense,which could help rowingathletes keep comprehensive and long-term development, create theathletes’opportunites with adequate andenhance their competitive ability and sportperformance.This article applys four methods that are document literature,expert interview,logic analysis and observation to analyze and comb every factor carefully in the processof resistance training project design for the young rowing man.It is helpful to mastertraning idea and guiding principles and divide the resistance training characteristic ofthe Young rowing man,which is to research and draw the following conclusions.1.the resistance training project of young rowing man component factors of theproject conclude:Warm-up and cooling-down exercise、Option of exercise mean、Intensity of training and volume of training、The interval of athlete’ rest in groups、Thespeed of action repetition、The changing condition of project.2.It is as a basis for classification of age group of the resistance training project inthe young rowing man aged12to18years that are the ab initial age of male rowingplayers,the training program and the competition arrangement for Chinese youngers,appropriate age of selection for rowing athletes.3.It divides the project of resistance training of rowing athletes who are aged12-18into basic training(12-13years old),structure training(14-15years old),interimtraining(17-18years old)4.The resistance training project of the young rowing man aged12to18years mustbe based on different guideline principle and the character of strength development.We can gain some suggestion according to research conclusion above:1.We should make more research about the strength training of youth rowing maleathlete,more important,our researth can not be theoretical and artifical.Otherwise,it isnot useful to our practical training. 2.The coach of young rowing man should join in the profession training before hebecome a training.In addition,the coach of rowing should learn and master the trainingknowledge from sport training and strength training.
