Research On Development Situation Of Recreational Sport Item In The Guyuyuan Young People Outdoors Battalion Of Pinggu District,Beijing

It is an ideal place for schools,enterprises and institutions to carry out activities and training.It is a national 4A level training base which integrates adolescent quality education,enterprise training and outdoor sports.It is an ideal place for schools,enterprises and institutions to carry out activities and training.In this paper,the outdoor camps of the valley valley in Pinggu District of Beijing are taken as the research object.Using the method of literature,field investigation,interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,Leisure sports to carry out a comprehensive survey of the situation,the objective analysis of the problems and reasons in the development,and put forward targeted recommendations and development strategies.It is hoped that this study will provide a positive impetus to the development of leisure sports in the outdoor camps of Guyuyuan Valley in Pinggu District of Beijing.It also provides theoretical reference for the development of other youth outdoor camp projects in China and promotes the standardization of outdoor camp projects in China The development of youth education for the future development of reference.The results are as follows:(1)The leisure sports are rich in the camp,and the outdoor education function is more comprehensive.However,some projects are not clear and the cohesion of the project is low.Due to the limitation of geographical conditions,the water and snow projects less.(2)camp leisure sports venues of the site,facilities are relatively complete,but the follow-up maintenance,service work can not keep up,the management system is not strict.(3)camp market conditions are better,the annual reception number of about 8,000 people,the main crowd involved is the youth groups,and more to students mainly.(4)the number of camp management staff in line with the state of the camp full-time management staff with the lowest,but relatively low;camp trainer younger age,training experience is still shallow,lower education level constraints of the camp project training reform Development,the training of targeted low,practical is not strong.(5)Through the investigation of the participants,it is learned that most of the activities of the camp are no longer unfamiliar and the motives of participation are more complicated.They have a clearer and diversified understanding of the main functions of some of the camps,but the degree of their understanding Not enough depth,most of which participants demand that according to their own interests,like the hope of self-selected projects urgently,especially the participation of young groups.Based on the above conclusions,some suggestions are put forward:(1)At present,there are few projects in the camps,and it is suggested that the project should enrich the project content by combining the social hotspots with the introduction and development of snow and ice projects.(2)It is suggested that the camp will make use of the advantages of the university's heavy power in Beijing,and actively introduce the highly educated and experienced trainers,especially the female trainers,to strengthen the camp trainer team to provide teacher protection for the future development of the camp project.(3)It is suggested that the camp will play the participant's subjective initiative and enhance the experience of the project,in the light of the participants' interest and demand,boldly innovate and innovate the training form under the premise of ensuring the safety of the participants.(4)should be outdoor emerging markets,tap potential consumers,the use of good Internet and other emerging media to enhance publicity and popularization,to attract more people to participate in the camp project;improve the project site facilities,improve the safety mechanism.
