| As a high level of talent resources,returned overseas can take the top technology and the latest idea back to home, returned overseas start up business, not only can expand employment, increase revenue, improve social economic efficiency, promote social stability, but also conducive to the apaceformation of the culture of innovation in China.Entrepreneurship stimulates employment, increase the personal and social value,improves the quality of material and spiritual life of residents in our country, promotes our country to build a well-off society in an all-round way and the process of socialist modernization construction, realizes the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. In recent years, state and local governments have related policy support for returned overseas' entrepreneurship,entrepreneurial environment has been optimized, gradually formed the good situation of returned overseas returning back, but the problems in the entrepreneurial process are also increasingly diversified and complicated, various aspects synthetically influence returned overseas'satisfaction,and then affect its entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial effect.Hainan province facing southeast Asia and relying on local characteristics and their own advantages develops international tourism island going abroad to the world, which more needs the support of entrepreneurial talents and innovation, so researching satisfaction and its influencing factors of entrepreneurial returned overseas to Qiong has the vital significance for the internationalization of construction and the rise of hainan.This paper first collects and analyzes the recent 10 years statistics information of returned overseas, summarizes the trend of the characteristics of returned overseas, and uses the method of internal and external factors analysis method to analyze advantages and disadvantages of returned overseas students and opportunities and threats they face, the second entrepreneurial returned overseas to Qiong as investigation object, building the satisfaction degree evaluation system of returned overseas, the target layer is the overall satisfaction, the first layer of index contains work and life, and the second layer of index includes 10 small indexes such as service conditions?working conditions?children education?living environment and so on, the questionnaire was designed according to the evaluation index and collected through online and offline dual-channel, a total of 100 questionnaires, recycling 92 of effective questionnaires ,it is by principal component analysis in SPSS factor analysis that to process data?determine the weight of each evaluation index, and quantitatively measure the entrepreneurial satisfaction of returned overseas with the membership degree matrix of mathematics theory. the results show that the satisfaction evaluation in terms of work?life and overall of entrepreneurial returned overseas to Qiong scoreat around 3.2 points, compared with other provinces(such as the investment environment satisfaction of Tianjin reached 3.8 points),the satisfaction level remains to be further improved. The results also showed that life has greater weight than work in the first layer of index, consumption level and working conditions have the largest weight in the second layer of index,which points the direction for improving the satisfaction of the entrepreneurial returned overseas to Qiong. This article puts forward improvement suggestions according to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and the influence degree of each index, hoping to raising entrepreneurship environment satisfaction of hainan province, attracting and retaining entrepreneurial returned overseas, and then realizing the economic great-leap-forward development of hainan province. |
