Study On The Factors Of Employment Choice Of Social Work Graduates

Since September 1987,when the Ministry of Education approved the establishment of the social work major in Peking University,the colleges and universities in China have set up a social work or social work department.By the end of December 30,2015,colleges and universities have set up professional social work a total of 305 in our country.Under the level of government,from 2015 to 2017 for three consecutive years in the "government work report" referred to the development of social work.This fully shows that social work has begun to flourish in China,social work in the spring seems to have come,but the situation was surprising,many researchers have found that the current employment situation of professional social work is not optimistic,according to statistics from the National Ministry of Education,the employment rate of China's social work interval graduates fell 80%-85% to70%-75%,from 2013 to 2015,including the graduates are not engaged in social work conditions.Due to the uncertain direction of employment,professional matching is poor,low social awareness and many other factors,just two years,the employment rate has dropped by ten percentage points.So,the social work professional graduates in the face of employment choice is the factors which have an impact on our thinking.From the perspective of empirical study in this paper,influence of career factors of college graduates of social work research,from the self cognition,occupation cognition,professional identity,family influence,school resources and social ecology of employment as the starting point for research,through the research reliability and validity according to the requirements of the "social work graduates employment selection factors" the questionnaire survey analysis,occupation cognition,professional social work graduates found self cognition,social ecology,family influence,professional identity and school resources has a certain effect on the employment choice by using statistical analysis and structural equation,but there are some differences in their influence degree,the occupation cognition and self cognition is the main factor the impact of employment choice of professional social work undergraduate graduates;employment ecology And family are the main factors that influence the choice of employment for the graduates of social work,and the school resources and professional identity are the general factors of the employment choice of social work graduates.
