China is a populous country.Chinese population development is facing a new complicated situation.The appropriate population can promote the development of social productivity,and vice versa.Since the implementation of family planning policy in 1980 s in China,the number of births has dropped significantly.This is the result of the birth control policy,and it is not the natural choice of people according to their own reproductive behavior and fertility.Based on the status of Chinese population,all need to solve the population problems,the adjustment of fertility policy has become the focus of the community.The Communist Party of China in the fifth Plenary Session of the18 th CPC Central Committee formally adopted by the full liberalization of the two-child policy,the policy adjustment will affect the family's fertility desire,so as to bring the number of fertility and reproductive changes.Therefore,at the early stage of the adjustment about fertility policy,it is important to study the fertility willingness of urban households,and also want to give the government support system in terms of population policy adjustment and the establishment of relevant policies to provide some help.Taking Yingtan city as an example,this paper selects the couples of childbearing age in Yingtan city as the object of study,and analyzes their fertility desire under the policy of "two child".This thesis consists of six chapters,the first chapter is the introduction,mainly expounds the research background and significance,at home and abroad on the fertility desire and influence factor research are reviewed,and introduces the research data sources and research methods,innovation and deficiencies of the existing office.The second chapter is the theoretical basis of the study,the definition of the relevant concepts,and sort out the theoretical basis for the following research.The third chapters introduces the evolution of the family planning policy in China,the family planning population policy from the “late,rare,little” to “a child” tightening and then gradually release the two child policy.On the one hand,this paper affirms the past tightening of the one-child policy that inhibited the explosive population growth in relatively backward historical period,to make a certain contribution to promoting economic growth;on the other hand,many problems not to be ignored emerge.Chinese family planning policy has the characteristics of regional,tortuous and dynamic.The fourth chapter is the analysis of urban households will birth in Yingtan City,describesthe current status of Yingtan city population,from the age structure,education level,occupation,family income four aspects introduced the survey of basic situation,and further analysis of Yingtan city town family planning will complete the two child policy,including the ideal number of children,the purpose of fertility,sex preference,birth time and interval.The fifth chapter based on the questionnaire survey and the interview results,further analyze and evaluate the influence factors of Yingtan City family fertility,mainly from four aspects: personal factors,economic factors,policy factors,environmental factors.The sixth chapter is the conclusion.In the traditional urban family in Yingtan,the purpose that procreating a son with the aim to care for them in old age is weakening,people pay more attention to the quality of children,and the fertility desire by the surrounding environment factors affected.Two-child fertility will be in the majority,but there are some differences in fertility and actual fertility behavior.And put forward policy recommendations,called on the government in the implementation of a comprehensive two child policy to do a good job of health care,education,social security and other aspects of convergence,fully meet the arrival of the era of the two child.
