With the rapid development of communication technology and the smartphone industry,smartphone have already comply with most people's consume demands.Due to the simple operation,powerful elements and low price with the smartphone,now the smartphone have already become a most powerful communication tool in our daily life.China also have become the largest smartphone markets in the world.In our country,the smartphone markets have all kinds of brands ? quality and marketing mode.While the foreign smartphone companys have occupied a large share in China's smartphone markets with its accuracy brand positioning?high quality and exquisite process planning.So it also caused the fierce competition in our smartphone markets.People became more and more difficult to choose smartphones with so many advertisements.With no doubt,the college students became a value market that all the smartphone companys must to question for they demands.In this fierce competition,college students have a great demand in smartphones and also pursue fashion and economic benefits.They have more direct target than other groups in smartphone's choose.For the smartphone company,they should understand the demands of college students very well and establish the competitiveness evaluation index system.In this way,the smartphone companys can analysis their advantage and disadvantage,then improve their competition in a correct way and achieve a higher profit.First of all,I did a questionnaire survey to learn about the college student's current situation and satisfaction degree when they use smartphones.So I can know which smartphone brands are very popular in this group.Then I use the AHP(analytic hierarchy process)to measure each smartphone brand's competitiveness score.According to the experts opinions I can affirm the indexs in quality of products?after-sales service of products ? performance of products ? price of product ?marketing strategy of products.And let the college students to mark all the indexs.Finally,put forward some advice to help the smartphone companys to develop their competitiveness.
