Language is basis of humanity communicate with each other and know the world.China is a multi-nationality country.Chinese is a second language for national minority,learning well and utilizing Chinese communicate with others.Not only is good at personal development,but is beneficial to nation.At present,basic education level is lagging relatively in southern region of XINGIANG.Especially,remote region of Uigur nationality living,students don't completely conform object of Chinese curriculum standard.This have something to do with not well Chinese of student.In other words,Chinese level is an important factor that impact students' studies.How to promote minority students' Chinese level is good for discussional topic.Among discussing contents include education policy,curriculum,teaching and so on.The paper will unfolding research from teach aspect that have something to do with teaching practice.Teaching is a important way to pass on knowledge and effectiveness and scientificalness directly affect students' learning result.Homework is a pivotal section in daily teaching and have great significance for teaching and learning.Furthermore homework' content and assessment makes a difference in teaching effect.Research results show that students of junior high school do a certain amount of homework to help improve their academic performance.What's more,homework of closing to life can stimulate students interest in learning.Not only the content of the homework,homework evaluation process and method is also an important factor affecting students' learning.So,writer should explore the current Chinese teaching quality is not optimistic reasons from the content and evaluation of Chinese homework two dimensions.From the results of empirical investigation,at present,Uigur nationality chinese teachers of junior high school of southern region of Xinjiang exist a lot of problems in homework design and evaluation.In the aspect of designs:(1)teachers are vague about the purpose of homework;(2)homework of teachers assigned mainly on text copy,form a single;(3)homework is not student oriented,layering designs;(4)teachers lack scientific in the process of homework design.In the aspect of evaluation:(1)the main modes of teachers assess homework still use “?”and “×”,scores or ranking,comment nothing but some exterior language,lack pertinence and innovation;(2)the criterion of evaluation single,lacking diversification;(3)the right of annotating homework mainly concentrate teachers' hand,students and householdersrarely attend;(4)teachers and students don't deeply analysis about homework.In the full implementation of quality education today,how to valid use homework to promote students' ability of applying Chinese is Chinese teachers should cogitate.
