The Non-material Motivation Mechanism Study Of Hainan Private Higher Vocational Colleges

China's higher vocational education has been seeing a fast development,which offers great contribution to the enhancement of the people's educational level and the popularization of higher education.As a significant part of the higher vocational education,it dispatches a great amount of talents for the first line of production,management and service field.However,it is an serious and significant task to make the professional education qualified.The thesis focus on the management of teachers in private higher vocational education of Hainan from non-material incentive perspective.And constructive resolutions to the human resources of Hainan private higher vocational education are offered.Based on literature survey,related theories of the non-material incentive are sorted out,which serves as theoretical basis.The thesis analyzes the problems of Hainan private professional education according to the hierarchy of five needs by Abraham Maslow,and get a knowledge of teachers' degree of satisfaction and three level demands through questionnaire and interview.Based on the survey outcome and processed dat,five problems are concluded,related to the non-material incentive mechanism of Hainan private higher vocational education:firstly,system of the non-material inspiration is unsound;secondly,interpersonal interaction is weak,thirdly,inward dynamic is weak;fourthly,democratic management needs improving;fifthly,occupational safety is lower.Given that China' s vocational education is not so sound in application and theories fields,we may learn from the developed countries,such as Germany and the USA,who are famous for Dual System and democratic system separately.The solutions to those problems is the most important part of the thesis.It offers solutions from five aspects,which are the system and mechanism forming?harmonious interpersonal interaction construction?culture inspiration?democratic management and occupational safety enhancement.Private education should respect humans?education and scientific development rules,which is a prerequisite for the running of private e education,which is the only way to success in the long run.
