This study using the method of documentary,questionnaire investigation on kindergarten teachers' job satisfaction and job involvement condition was studied,and studies the following conclusions:Kindergarten teachers' job satisfaction in a secondary degree or above,more than satisfied with the work itself,the director of high degree,to the work environment,work remuneration,further promoted the lowest dimension of satisfaction,There exist certain differences between different categories of preschool teachers' job satisfaction.Female kindergarten teachers' job satisfaction is significantly higher than male kindergarten teachers,mainly reflected in the work itself,work remuneration,further promotion,the director and the general job satisfaction these aspects.Under the age of 30,the teachers' job satisfaction is lower than other age groups of teachers' education for undergraduate and college degree and the following teachers is significantly higher than for the graduate student's teacher.Public kindergarten teachers' job satisfaction is significantly higher than the private kindergarten teachers.Different marital status of preschool teachers' job satisfaction there is no difference.Prepare teachers is significantly higher than non enrolled;Preschool teachers' job involvement is good in general;Have a certain differences between different categories of preschool teachers' job involvement.Different genders of preschool teachers' job involvement there is no significant difference.Under the age of 30,in work enjoyable work rate is low.Different degree of preschool teachers' job involvement there is no significant difference.Public kindergarten teachers' job involvement is significantly higher than private kindergarten teachers.Different marital status the teachers' job satisfaction does not exist significant differences.At preschool teachers' job involvement is significantly higher than non at preschool teachers;Kindergarten teachers' job satisfaction and job involvement.According to the actual situation,put forward the following Suggestions:improve the importance of early childhood education,improve the salary.Provide multiple channels of education,to enhance the preschool teachers' job satisfaction.Caring male kindergarten teachers,increase support for young teachers.Support the development of the private kindergartens,enhance teachers' salary without planning.Optimize the management,promote the positive work of the kindergarten teachers.Optimize the working environment,improve the preschool teachers'job involvement.
