In the face of setbacks,frustrations,career resilience plays a protective effect,which can inspire one's inner potential,overcome negative emotions,threat factors,and make one be powerful.With the country's emphasis on preschool education,as well as the requirements of the professional quality of kindergarten teachers,teachers'professional resilience as adjuster of professional life,is facing a growing test.It is based on the actual needs.This study hopes to research the status and cause of kindergarten teachers' career resilience in order to give targeted recommendations.According a questionnaire survey of 210 preschool teachers in Sichuan and Tianjin,as well as random sampling interviews,this study has got some results as following:1.On the status of kindergarten teachers' career resilience(1)kindergarten teachers' professional resilience is on the high level.(2)Teacher's social support,self-efficacy and social competence of kindergarten teachers are in the high level,and emotional intelligence is in the middle level,which needs to be further improved.2.On the influence factors of kindergarten teachers' professional resilience.(1)The factors of demographicGender,seniority,age,professional background,marriage status,bearing status,the nature of the kindergarten level,the region have significant influence on kindergarten teachers' career resilience.Education,professional title,income,urban and rural differences,the differences in age classes,the nature of the employment of kindergarten teachers have no significant impact on the professional resilience.(2)Other internal influential factorsProfessional quality affects teachers' professional resilience.Higher professional quality can promote the improvement of career resilience.Character affects the kindergarten teachers' career resilience.Hearty and adhere character is helpful to improve the career resilience.Sensitive,constrained,introverted personality has some bad effect on career resilience.The interest and identification of career affects career resilience of kindergarten teachers.If we more like,or have a higher identification on career,we will benefit from it.The experience of success or failure affects the kindergarten teachers' career resilience.The more successful experience is,the more conducive to the improvement of career resilience are.(3)Other external influential factorsParents' support affects the kindergarten teachers' career resilience.Parents'supporting,cooperation and understanding of kindergarten teachers' work contributes to the improvement of teachers' professional resilience.Social support affects kindergarten teachers' professional resilience.Family supporting affects kindergarten teachers' career resilience.The supportive family atmosphere will promote the improvement of teachers' career resilience.On the contrary,the lacking support or oppose atmosphere will hinder the improvement of teachers' professional resilience.The management and the atmosphere of the kindergarten affects teachers' career resilience.Free and democratic management,harmony,mutual kindergarten atmosphere is be helpful of teachers' career resilience;on the contrary,autocratic,passive management mode,serious conflicting,severe competition atmosphere is not conducive to teachers career resilience to improve.The relationship of teacher and child relationship have influence on teachers'career resilience.A good relationship between teachers and children can promote the improvement of teachers' professional resilience.On the contrary,the conflict between teachers and children is not conducive to the improvement of teachers'professional resilience.Peer relations will affect the kindergarten teachers' career resilience.The harmonious and cooperative relationship between colleagues is helpful to the improvement of teachers' career resilience.On the contrary,Selfish,protective,serious,and not cooperative relations will be challenged on career resilience.Based on the findings of this study,the following recommendations are given:1.In social aspect,kindergarten teachers should improve their environment adaptability,create good relationship with colleagues and students.Kindergarten should create a good atmosphere and guide teachers to communicate and cooperate with each other.2.In the sense of efficiency,teachers should strengthen their professional accomplishment and set up their awareness of lifelong learning.3.In the aspect of social support,kindergarten,parents and family should provide supportive environment for kindergarten teachers.4.In the aspect of emotional intelligence,educational administrative departments should be concerned about the kindergarten,kindergarten teachers' mental health;kindergarten should increase for preschool teachers occupation training;kindergarten teachers should strengthen their psychological quality,improve the ability of resisting frustration.5.Other aspects should improve the salaries of kindergarten teachers in big cities and alleviate the pressure of kindergarten teachers in big cities.Kindergarten teachers should strengthen their professional beliefs,love their work and enjoy their work.
