It is an ideal pursuit of improving the quality of classroom education to realize the effective teaching of college and to prevent students from being wasted in class.To realize effective teaching,we should not only pay attention to students' learning behavior but also pay attention to teachers' teaching behavior.This paper mainly analyzes the influencing factors of effective teaching in college classroom from two dimensions of teachers and students.Effective classroom teaching includes theoretical and practical classroom teaching,for which a survey is made in this paper.For the theoretical classroom teaching model,3500 questionnaires were handed out during Apr.22 nd to May 15 th,2015 and 3139 were responded,including 2704 valid questionnaires with valid rate of 86%.Supported by the relatively stable environmental factors,the paper makes an empirical analysis on effective teaching of theoretical classroom from both teacher and student perspectives through SPSS22.As a result,three conclusions are reached: first,teacher with high comprehensive quality,full preparation before class,proper teaching attitude and diversified teaching methods helps arouse student's motivation for learning to a certain extent;second,in spite of a good learning attitude,students have an unclear learning goal and insufficient motivation,and are passive and timid in class involvement,so students should seek for a clear career planning to inject themselves adequate motivation for learning,and meanwhile teachers should be an active guider for discussion to enhance their class participation;third,interaction between teacher and student is usually effective but should be more frequent.With an effective th eoretical teaching,students should also accumulate more hands-on experience,so as to better cultivate their employment competency and entrepreneurial ability.Therefore,the perfection of practical teaching system has been a teaching focus in colleges and universities currently.By investigation to practical teaching of 32 colleges and universities,reference to official websites and interviews for students,the paper draws the following three conclusions: firstly,these colleges and universities spend inadequate efforts in practical teaching,namely incomplete teaching facilities,low proportion of practical class periods to the total periods and rarely perfect practical teaching evaluation index system;secondly,the practical ability of teachers is unsatisfactory,which is reflected on the single practical teaching contents and inflexible teaching methods;thirdly,students need to further strengthen their learning level because they show a higher learning enthusiasm but benefit less from practice.In summary,through the investigation and analysis of the current undergraduate teaching,it is found that the theoretical teaching is relatively good,the practical teaching is relatively lacking.So it is necessary to deepen the students' theoretical knowledge and enhance students' practical ability to cultivate students' innovative ability in collge classroom.All of this is to achieve the effectiveness of theoretical teaching and practical teaching,thus laying the theoretical and practical foundation for the future employment of students.
