Through the interpretation of the relevant core concepts and system theory,this study explores the theoretical basis for the "petal" class management mode involved in class management.Constructivism theory,learning subjectivity theory,etc.,for the "petal" class management model to provide a theoretical basis.This paper makes a deep reflection on the management of the traditional axis class and analyzes the "petal" class management,and draws the following conclusions: 1."petal" class management model is advanced,scientific,in line with the current level of management development needs,on behalf of the level of management reform direction,with a wide range of promotional value.2."petal" class management model to stimulate students selfmanagement awareness,through the pilot practice to obtain multiple proof.Students to participate in class management to strengthen the depth of ownership to be strengthened.This is consistent with the new curriculum standards advocate students' subjective consciousness,in line with the law of student growth.3."petal" class management model pilot to obtain fruitful results,proved to be operational,as long as the class teacher design properly,class management presents democracy,autonomy,harmony,mutual aid and other atmosphere.4."petal" class management model A wide range of promotion also need policy support,class management call for reform,reform needs to force,especially from the education department of policy support,has become a new model to promote the promotion of an important factor."Petal" class management mode control procedures,basic content,evaluation methods,need to be further clear and perfect.
