To improve the quality of education, many primary schools have begun to evaluate corresponding measures, among which the reform of head teachers' management style has become a key focus. In this context, primary schools are confronted with the urgent challenge to determine effective management methods for adapting to increasingly strict requirement, while reducing the students' leaning pressure.Hence, this paper analyzes the influence of head teacher management style on learning pressure of students on the example of Shenzhen X Primary School.Base on the questionnaire on the management style of head teachers and learning pressure of students(student and teacher volumes),survey data were obtained by means of random sampling.Further more, descriptive statistical analysis and structural equation models are used for analyses. Results show that:(1)there is a significant correlation between head teachers' management styles and learning pressure.(2)Democratic and Laissez-faire approaches ruduce the students' leaning pressure.(3)Autocratic management style increases the students' leaning pressure.Combined with empirical investigation results,we find out that the head teachers' authoritarian management is obvious and the students' learning pressure is high in Shenzhen X Primary School. In view of these challenges,it is proposed to adjust management styles to reduce the pupils' burden to study. |
