The requirements of society in the future, the concept of value must have scientific, new knowledge ability, ways of thinking and healthy psychological quality, life attitude and scientific civilization behavior way and so on". To cultivate such talents, our education target must be positioned in the development of student autonomy, initiative and creativity of the height. The teacher in charge of the organization, managing a class, we must strive to create a relaxed environment, create a harmonious atmosphere, let the students here can grow, autonomous learning, autonomous management to realize the students and self development, this is the ultimate goal of education. In this sense, students’ autonomous management is the key to achieve the educational purpose and regularity of the unity of place.In this study, by investigation and analysis method were investigated in a junior high school class of4. Through a variety of performance class, style of study and student individual and investigation on students fully understand the ability of Class Autonomous management of students’ development of individual and the overall situation. At the same time also take seminars and lectures on the form, the class discipline and the situation of students to observe, to collect first hand materials. Then the results of the investigation and collection of material of statistics and analysis, found that:students in the "participation" in class management consciousness is not strong,"self management","autonomous learning" and other aspects of the school class, lack of confidence and lack of sense of responsibility. Based on the survey and analysis, put forward some suggestions and valuable reference. Utilization of the investigation and analysis of survey results carried out preliminary development, formed a plan. Finally put forward the implementation of path independent management mode of students, the experimental results prove that, the good students self-management ability to promote the formation of good style of study and classroom atmosphere.
