Research On The Development Course And Influencing Factors Of Social Work Major Identity

According to the research of scholars from all walks of life,the relationship among major identity,employment intention and employment behavior is as follows: major identity affects employment intention,and employment intention affects employment behavior.So,the research of MSW major identity development process and its influencing factors,to explore a master's degree in social work will not high,and fewer employment behavior of reason,and for the development of professional social work and industry,and related research basis for policy making and adjustment,thus promotes our country high-level talent team construction of social work,meet the needs of the society in social work and its personnel.Based on the theory of life course,this study uses the methods of literature research and field investigation,and through participatoryobservation and unstructured interview,the interviewees can freely expound their major identity.This study starts from the characteristics of multiple dynamic and complex development of major identity.By studying the interaction among history,individuals and society,it discusses the macro and micro aspects and tries to study and analyze the major identity of MSW from a diversified perspective.
