Training needs analysis is the key link of the training process,and it is the premise and foundation when we make and implement the training plan as well as assess the training effect.Similarly,in the teacher training process,in order to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the training,we also should put the training needs analysis in the first place.This paper,taking the college entrance examination reform as the background,and analyzes the college entrance examination test content and forms from such aspects,the goal of talent training,academic level exam,selection of exam content,subject setting,course standard and evaluation approach.Thus found the reform make brand new adjustments and changes on students' values,the comprehensive quality,knowledge and ability and its purpose is to cultivate high-quality people to meet the requirements of social development.As students learning style changes,the high school teachers are facing the new challenge because the traditional teaching method with the theory of grades is no longer in the trend of history.The new problems high school teachers are facing mainly includes the improvement of ethics,guiding the students to choose,helping students make career planning,according to the curriculum standard to teach and improving their own comprehensive quality,etc.Comparing the existing state,the new job standards will inevitably inspire high school teachers to produce training needs.Based on the reference of literature and the scholar's research results,taking Hengshui high school teachers as the research object,the high school teacher training needs analysis model is built under the background of college entrance examination reform.At the same time,we choose Hengshui High School,Hengshui 13 th High School,Zaoqiang High School,which represents different levels of the education to survey and interview.And we make the questionnaire from the background,training needs in content and method.At the same time,we do the interview according to the questions in questionnaire in time.Finally,we put forward measures and suggestions to meet Hengshui high school teachers' demand in training content and method after college entrance examination reform.Planing high school teachers' training ahead,attaching great importance to school-based training and setting training content according to the requirement of teachers can meet the needs of teachers in the training content;strengthening the security of training time and expenses,strengthening system construction,integrating training resources and strengthening the construction of teacher training library can effectively meet the needs of teachers on training methods.
