As the two country of China and South Korea are closely communicating,according to both Chinese government and South Korean government signed the "teacher in Korea, exchanges and cooperation agreement", the Confucius institute headquarters hanban will send 1400 Chinese language teachers to south Korean primary and middle school for Chinese teaching from 2012 to 2015. most of south Korean primary and middle school carry out the Chinese and Korean teachers’ cooperation teaching model in Chinese class. So the research of Chinese and Korean teachers’ cooperation teaching model plays an important role to the primary and middle schools’ Chinese teaching in South Korea.This paper focuses on the research of Chinese and Korean teachers’ cooperation teaching model. In this paper, the author personally involved in collaborative teaching practice of Chinese as a case, to investigate the necessity of cooperative teaching, to explore the problems in the teaching and analyze these problems. The main emphasis of the research is three different specific model of collaborative teaching, the paper shows the three kinds of cooperation mode in detail with specific teaching cases, and through the way of theoretical analysis, questionnaire, interview to analyze whether the two teachers’ teaching division is reasonable, whether their respective advantages into full play, whether the students’ communicative competence is given plenty of exercise, whether to improve the classroom efficiency, whether the scheduled teaching goal has been reached, etc. So as to choose the best mode of collaborative teaching, for providing the beneficial reference to the two teachers in cooperative teaching model.Teaching modes have no absolute advantages and disadvantages. Each team teaching mode has its own characteristic and insufficiency. What we pursue is how to maximize its advantages and to narrow its limitations at the same time, in order to stimulate students’ motivation to learning Chinese, obtain the ideal teaching effect.
