The Research On The Rule Of Law Education For College Students

The rule of law in China is the enrichment and deepening of the Basic strategy and objectives of "governing the country by law and building a socialist country under the rule of law".Building a socialist country under the rule of law is a grand system engineering and long-term development goals,the need for the common participation of the people of the country and long-term efforts,College students bear the important mission of realizing the Chinese dream and the main body of the construction of the rule of law.The university students only have a higher legal literacy and scientific and cultural quality,can undertake the historical mission.Although the proportion of college students is not large,the social influence should not be underestimated.College students affects the social consciousness of the rule of law in its unique form,and then affects the realization of the rule of law.Whether can seize the key part of the timely and effective rule of law education can promote the development of the rule of law society has long-term significance.Based on the college students' legal education research,in order to realize the society,universities,families of College Students' legal education attaches great importance to and correct guidance,multiple form educating ability,improve students' legal literacy.This study mainly discusses from four aspects: the first part is the research on College Students' legal education,the study of the origin and significance of the research,the college students' legal education theory research review and research methods and innovation point of the thesis,it lays foundation for the in-depth study of College Students' legal education.The second part summarizes the general theory of legal education for college students,the thesis clarifies the theoretical basis and teaching content of College Students' legal research related concepts of College Students' legal education,provide theoretical support for the study of College Students' legal education.The third part through to get college students' legal education achievement,college students' legal education problems of College Students' legal education and reason analysis,lay the foundation for enhancing the effectiveness of College Students' legal education.The fourth part analysis of the current situation of legal education of college students based on the proposed path of improving effectiveness of College Students' law education of the college students,establish the rule of law belief,perfect the family legal education,law education system,the construction of the whole society to create a good atmosphere of law etc..
