In recent years,as a newly research subject,peer review of teachers' classroom teaching is getting more and more attention of educational scholar and the general teachers.The thesis below is based on the point of peer review of junior high school teachers' classroom teaching,using methods like documentary study,interview survey,questionnaire survey etc.and collecting a number of relevant document,analyze the status of the research field and the likely problem exists,to raise some powerful methods to improve the peer review of teachers' classroom teaching.The thesis is divide into four chapters:Chapter 1,Introduction.Introduce the concept and some relevant research result of peer review of teachers' classroom teaching at home and abroad.Chapter 2,Basis to do peer review of junior high school teachers' classroom teaching.First is about policy,this chapter introduce some policy to do peer review of junior high school teachers' classroom teaching and thus,as a policy basis to the development of the research.Second is theory,raise up the four theory basis which are learning community theory,learning organization theory,group dynamics theory and developmental teacher evaluation theory as the research theory basis of peer review of junior high school teachers' classroom teaching.Third is practice,introduce the practice experience of peer review of junior high school teachers' classroom teaching at home and abroad for the development of the research.Chapter 3,Investigation and analysis of peer review of junior high school teachers' classroom teaching on present situation.First,the chapter introduce the research questionnaire of the peer review of junior high school teachers' classroom teaching,include the selection and distribution of investigation sample.Then analysis the investigation result of the questionnaire,which can provide a clear knowledge about the peer review of junior high school teachers' classroom teaching's development status.Chapter 4,Suggestion to peer review of junior high school teachers' classroom teaching.Based on the investigation carried out,this chapter discuss the suggestion to peer review of junior high school teachers' classroom teaching.These are detailed in three aspects,which are build a perfect system of peer review of junior high school teachers' classroom teaching,guide the teachers to form a right point on peer review and concern on the teachers' subject position.
