| With the comprehensive advancement of our country quality education and gradual curriculum reform in China,students’ comprehensive quality evaluation,as a new concept of student assessment and evaluation system,has attracted widely attention and application.Due to the ignorance and imperfection of school system,high school students’ comprehensive quality evaluation’s problem in school-based management has increased.Thus,the writer tries to find out these problems and the reasons behind them and put forward strategies to solve them.With the help of literature review and field studies in NO.6 High School of Xiamen.This thesis is composed of four main parts.The first part is the Introduction.In this part,the writer introduces the background of the study、the aims and significance、and the research methods and the research status 、some basic concepts,and the school-based management of high school students’ comprehensive quality evaluation’s problems both at home and abroad.The second part is the theoretical basis of the essay.It discusses the theory about the students’ comprehensive quality evaluation and the school-based management separately.The students’ comprehensive quality evaluation is based on Human’s All-around Development,Multiple Intelligence Theory,Constructivism Learning Theory,Students’-centered Theory and Psychological Internalization Theory.And the school-based management is guided by the traditional management theory and the modern management theory separately.The traditional management theory contains Scientific Management Theory、General Management Theory、Dissecting Organization;the modern management theory contains Participatory Management and the Independent Management Theory.The third part,writer takes NO.6 High School of Xiamen as an example,analyze the information from questionnaires and interviews,and finally summarizes the problems and explain the reasons in its evaluating students’ comprehensive quality among school-based management.The fourth part,after the analysis of problems and reasons,the writer put forward the strategies.The last part is the conclusion,summarizing the outcomes and deficiencies,and looking forward to the future management in high school students’ comprehensive quality evaluation. |
