With the deepening of quality education,the comprehensive quality assessment of primary school students has been paid more and more attention by schools and educators.As a part of the comprehensive quality assessment of primary school students,the comprehensive quality assessment of primary school students plays a very important role in guiding their growth.This paper mainly studies the comprehensive quality assessment of current primary school students by adopting the methods of literature research,text analysis and interview survey.Firstly,based on the theory of process assessment,development assessment and appreciation assessment,the essay discusses the feasibility of comprehensive quality evaluation for primary school students,at the same time,divides the collected comments of comprehensive quality evaluation into four types: oriented evaluation of comprehensive quality,heart-to-heart evaluation of comprehensive quality,encouraging evaluation of comprehensive quality and developing evaluation of comprehensive quality,and makes analysis in accordance with criteria of excellent and common type.Secondly,the paper discusses the evolution process of comprehensive quality of elementary school students on the explicit level and the implicit level.Then,the study summarizes the problems existing in the real state of the comprehensive quality evaluation of primary school students into three aspects:incomplete indicators of comprehensive quality evaluation,imperfect language expressions of comprehensive quality evaluation,and single participating subjects of comprehensive quality evaluation.In view of the problems existing in comprehensive quality evaluation,this study mainly analyzes the reasons from three aspects: the outmoded concepts of teacher evaluation,the deficient quality of teacher evaluation and the improper method of teacher evaluation.Finally,according to the existing problems and reasons,this paper puts forward three optimizing strategies,which are to establish a comprehensive and scientific content guideline of evaluation,to construct the features of evaluation language with genuine feelings,and to enrich the evaluation subject with multi-participation,in order to make the comprehensive quality evaluation of primary school students to achieve the actual effectiveness of education.On the basis of previous relevant studies,this study continues to provide theoretical and practical support for the comprehensive quality evaluation of primary school students,in an attempt to provide practical and operable strategies for the implementation of thecomprehensive quality evaluation of primary school students in the future,and provides certain value reference for the in-depth expansion of the implementation of the comprehensive quality evaluation of primary school students in practice.
