The art education of primary and middle schools is an important part of quality education in China.It is an important means and method to cultivate innovative talents.The promulgation of "compulsory education art curriculum standard(2011)" brings the art education of primary and middle schools to a new height.Northeast region is vast,rich in natural resources,its folk art is not only the art treasures of the northeast region,it is a national culture in the rich and heavy.It is of great value and social value to develop and utilize the excellent folk art of the northeast in the fine arts education in the region.Based on the study of the artistic characteristics of the folk art of the northeast nationality and the study and understanding of the national cultural concept,the article explores the curriculum resources suitable for the development and utilization of the primary and secondary schools in the region.By clarifying the relationship between primary and secondary art education and national folk art,we can deepen the connection between the two and broaden the teaching content of primary and secondary art.On the basis of the analysis of "compulsory education art curriculum standard(2011)",we will understand the relevant requirements and stipulations of the art education of primary and middle schools in primary and secondary schools,and further discover the current situation of primary and secondary schools The Problems and Problems in the Application of Fine Arts Education.Respectively,in the primary and secondary art education of cultural ideas,three teaching dimensions,four learning areas and curriculum resources development and other aspects of the Northeast folk art development and utilization of specific measures.It aims to improve the comprehensivequality of primary and middle school students,improve the comprehensive ability of primary and secondary art teachers,improve the art teaching system of primary and middle schools,and promote the inheritance and promotion of outstanding folk art.To promote the northeastern region of primary and secondary art education more perfect,specific,rich regional culture and national cultural characteristics.
