With the development of global integration of economic and cultural, the help of outside intervention appeared to be inadequate,when faced of the increasingly blurred and disappeared of the national folk culture. How to make the local people awared of self-help and self-protection is the most fundamental way to the national cultural heritage,meanwhile, it is a good conservation measures and effective way to complement each other with the official measures.After I visited the deepening of investigation in all areas in the national cultural heritage,the primary school art teacher is the best folk culture heritage groups, Who is growd in the region, facing the overwhelming majority of the ethnic descendants They are rooted in ethnic minority areas, understanding and familiarity with local culture; they are the relatively high level of knowledge of local cultural communicators; for most of the performance of a visual form of folk culture,they has a career keen powers of observation; from the local view of social roles, they can establish a good contact of the support of the top-down government and civil society roles. The crucial point there is that teachers face is such a group of local ethnic descendants, more than any other experts and scholars on this research. Therefore, from the national role of primary school art teacher, and explore how they play their own in role of the cultural heritage is significance and positive.The paper will expand from the minority areas primary art school teachers role in the cultural heritage of the national folk cultural, from the cultural scene and the realistic perspective of the primary art school teachers in the minority regions, Preliminary explore that local school art teachers how to play their roles in the national cultural heritage on the basis of the investigation and field visits.
