At present,the human society has entered the information society.Information literacy has become the basic accomplishment of individual learning and social life,and has become an important component of the overall quality of the individual.For graduate students,they are comprehensive talents with high quality and innovative ability,information literacy has an important impact on the individual's scientific research innovation,education and teaching as well as all-round development.It is of great significance to explore the current situation of information literacy of postgraduates in normal colleges and universities,to improve the information literacy teaching and to improve the quality of postgraduates' education,and to investigate the information literacy of postgraduates in normal colleges and universities.In this article,the information literacy and other related concepts were interpreted.This article has carried on the historical origin to the related concept of information literacy.The concept of information literacy and other related concepts were analyzed from the perspective of historical view.Through analysis and study of research literature on information literacy at home and abroad,the information literacy is divided into information knowledge,information skills,information consciousness and information ethics in four dimensions,and the connotation and manifestation of the various dimensions of the system are analyzed.Based on the analysis and research of the information literacy evaluation standards at home and abroad,and using the information literacy assessment standards of the developed countries,produced the information literacy evaluation scale.The reliability and validity of the scale were evaluated by the data of the evaluation scale,and the validity and accuracy of the scale were improved according to the relevant data.Distribution and recovery of the questionnaires through the network platform in the H University graduate student group.Get the current situation of information literacy through the statistical analysis of the collected data.The differences of information literacy levels were analyzed from the aspects of gender,grade and place of birth.For students of different gender,the average level of information literacy of male was higher than female,embodied in the two dimensions of information knowledge and information skills;but the information literacy level of women higher than men in the two dimensions of information consciousness and information ethics.For different grades,the grade three students' information literacy level was significantly higher than that of the lower grade students.For grade one and grade two students,there is no significant difference in the level of information literacy.For students of different birth places,there was no significant difference in the level of information literacy among students from different levels of economic development,indicating that there was no significant difference in the level of information literacy of the students.Through the research,it is found that the factors that affect the level of information literacy of master graduate students mainly depend on the individual's understanding of information literacy,the degree of emphasis on information literacy education and the students' active learning consciousness.Finally,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the information literacy level of postgraduates from the aspects of ideology and teaching.
