With the rapid growth of social economy,the operation of market economy and the rapid development of globalization,more and more people realize that the future will become the era of success or failure of science and technology r&d ability.Through the analysis of the academic papers published by the teachers of inner Mongolia agricultural university in recent 10 years,the paper finds that the academic influence of teachers in inner Mongolia agricultural university has been improved greatly in recent years Compared with the domestic agricultural and forestry universities,it has certain academic influence,but it still needs to be further unproved Compared with the universities in the district,the academic influence is outstanding in the advantage discipline.This not only provides new basis and perspective for inner Mongolia agricultural university teachers’ academic research under the new situation,but also has certain value to deepening academic research work.This paper is divided into four parts,the first part through the data analysis of the status of research at home and abroad.The second part introduces the related concepts and research methods.The third part analyzes the current situation of the academic influence of the teachers in inner Mongolia agricultural university according to the data of CNKI,and finds out the specific problems.The fourth part to solve the problem,find out the specific reasons,and then on the basis of the problem,put forward the feasible suggestion countermeasure.
