With the good teaching effect,the course of Professional Ethics and Law is very significant for students' understanding the basic requirements of civilized etiquette as well as the function and basic norms of professional morality,cultivating their moral sentiment,strengthening their professional moral consciousness,developing their moral behavior habits,guiding them to master the basic knowledge of law which is closely related to their daily life and occupation activities,establishing their law sense,helping them to become the citizens who know,abide and use the law.However,the real problem is that,although the schools open this public course,they spend fewer hours in it and only to make the course stay in the classroom teaching.In addition,the course is in lack of personalized guidance and its teachers' team specialization and professionalization is low,the teaching effect is poor and,the students' satisfaction is not high.Massive open online course has developed very rapidly in recent years.The MOOC teaching pattern are attempted to use in some universities' general education subjects such as Ideology and Politics,English,Chinese.Physics and so on.Although various problems exist in the process of MOOC localization,it goes without saying that the learning revolution brought by it has a big influence and shock on Chinese education.University experts suggest that we take the chance of MOOC to speed up the fundamental reform of college teaching and management,aiming to integrate them.In recent two years,many higher vocational colleges have introduced the MOOC teaching.Through Professional Ethics and Law this study attempts to make a comparative study between the traditional classroom teaching and the MOOC teaching,occupation morality and law course" Mu,conforming to the historical tide of MOOC,promoting the reform of Professional Ethics and Law and its teaching,improving the study on the reform of' courses in secondary vocational schools.Theoretically speaking,this will help to enrich and improve the theoretical basis in developing MOOC teaching pattern in secondary vocational schools,promoting the improvement of teaching quality in secondary vocational schools,thus cultivating more and better secondary vocational school students to meet the need of society.We put an emphasis on the profession,job,applicability when advocating the educating from and content.We can have a try,in accordance with the quality requirements of our own job and local applying talents,to reorganize the teaching contents,explore individual teaching style,develop a special MOOC course which is suitable to schools' condition and learning environment.This study mainly adopts the study methods such as literature analysis,question survey,comparative analysis,face to face interview,and so on.The originality of this study is that it makes an empirical study on the MOOC teaching brought in Professional Ethics and Law.The study is divided into 4 parts.First of all,it inquires reference domestic and foreign materials related to the study of MOOC teaching and Professional Ethics and Law.In this way,we can learn its study direction and developing trend,discussing its shortage,ascertaining the study in combination with the reality of course teaching in schools.Secondly,this study describe relevant questions in the project research,discussing the feasibility and necessity of MOOC teaching carried out in secondary vocational schools.Thirdly,it makes a survey and study on the current situation of these two teaching styles in Professional Ethics and Law,analyzing their advantages and disadvantages.Fourthly,it puts forward that we can use the advantages of this two teaching styles and gives us some reasonable advice to avoid their disadvantages to promote the improvement of Professional Ethics and Law teaching quality and students' overall quality for the secondary vocational students.This study mainly discusses relevant contents from the following parts.In the first part,the introduction,describes the topic of this paper and its research background.As a necessary course for secondary vocational students,the teaching effect of Professional Ethics and Law is not satisfied.Therefore,it is necessary to reform the teaching.As a new teaching mode,MOOC is accepted by more and more universities and higher Vocational Colleges which begin to try.However,when summarizing the relevant papers,we found that there are rare papers about MOOC teaching adopted in Professional Ethics and Law and its empirical study.Therefore,this is also the necessity and significance of the study.In the second part,it expounds the feasibility and necessity of the implementation of MOOC teaching in secondary vocational schools.With the help of some theoretical achievements of some experts and scholars,it defines MOOC and its teaching mode,introducing the main characteristics and MOOC platform.At the same time,this paper expounds the necessity of the implementation of MOOC teaching because there are many disadvantages in the traditional teaching mode whose teaching effect is not ideal.There are several factors for us to feasibly carry out MOOC teaching in secondary vocational schools:1.National attaching great importance to it;2.Social support;3.A lot of experience learned in many universities,vocational schools and C20 MOOC alliance schools;4.The majority of teachers and students can accept MOOC teaching with the development of information technology and network era;5.It is easy to obtain teaching administrators' management support because the cost of teaching can be saved;6.With the help of existing MOOC platformIn the third part,it regards the simple MOOC teaching in the experimental class and the classroom teaching in the experimental class as the research object.It makes a comparative analysis among different experimental class data from 6 perspectives including curriculum information,assessment methods and the final results,learning process and teaching assessment,thus obtains the advantages and disadvantages of the two kind teaching in their own way.In the fourth part,according to the results of the comparative analysis in the experimental class,the author puts forward some reasonable suggestions on making good use of the advantage of classroom teaching and MOOC teachingIn the fifth part,it makes the conclusion and prospect,summarizing the research and giving the next research direction.
