The ordinary high school ideological and political course standard requires that teachers should encourage students to think independently and cooperative inquiry. Besides that, teachers also should provide students with enough options and the opportunity to communicate. However, during the teaching process of the high school ideological and political course, force-feeding teaching model is often can be seen and the teacher has become the leader of the class. All of these run counter to the concept enhancing students' consciousness of the new curriculum reform. If things go on like this, the three-dimensional target including Knowledge target, Ability target, Emotional attitude and values target of high school ideological and political course will be difficult to achieve. In this case, we can't wait to change teaching model. “To teach fishing is better than to give fish”. How to find a correct teaching model that can combine students' learning interest with teaching content, change the learning state in the traditional force-feeding teaching model, turn passive to active and make student study autonomously has been a difficult in the Chinese educational circles. This problem is particularly prominent in the ideological and political course.The development of information technology and the rise of the concept of open education resources have give birth to the two teaching model——MOOC and “Flipped Classroom”. As teaching models, they provide a teaching process, which is based on technology to improve students' learning efficiency, self-learning ability as well as their comprehensive quality. This model intending to share the high quality education resources with all of the people around the world has drawn attention of the educators. Now we have the new choice to change our teaching model. Based on the background of the times and the nature of high school ideological and political course, the promotion of “MOOC+ Flipped classroom” teaching mode is an inevitable requirement for the psychological and physiological growth of young people. It is also an important means to accelerate the educational information. From the perspective of the future development of the basic education, “MOOC+ Flipped classroom” teaching model will be an important platform for linking up high school ideological and political course with the social relationships. For the future development of our country's high school ideological and political course and even the basic education, we should make full use of this teaching model.The object of this paper is the “MOOC + Flipped classroom” teaching model in the high school ideological and political course. Based on the application of the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, as well as researching of extensive and analysis of typical cases, this paper expounds that, firstly, the teaching mode of “MOOC + Flipped classroom” is a new teaching mode of 1+1>2, secondly, the “MOOC + Flipped Classroom” teaching model can make contributions to the high school ideological and political course, such as improving students' learning efficiency, promoting teachers' professional development, Making reform of curriculum systems, making education more equitable and so on, thirdly, we can use three-stage before class, in class, after class to promote the “MOOC + Flipped classroom” teaching model. Because of basic education in the field of "flipped classroom" Research has just started and MOOC always be labeled with higher education, there are few researches on the “MOOC + Flipped Classroom” teaching model of specific subjects in the field of basic education. Nowadays, what the most important thing is that we should base on our actual situation of education and find inner integrated points between this teaching model and our high school ideological and political course. Only in this way can we achieve the smooth development of this teaching model.
