Basing On MOOC Strategy Discussions Of Promoting The Reform Of College Classroom Teaching

In recent years, the rapid development of information technology not only put forward the urgent request in the quality of higher education teaching, but also increasingly become a strong driving force of college teaching reform. More and more people pay attention to the informatization of higher education, which is characterized by information technology and college teaching depth integration. Massive Open Online courses have created an unprecedented network learning. MOOC made the university teaching come into a big-date age. What’s more, it has an effect on the talent training and teaching method of higher education.This research is divided into six parts:The first part:Put forward the background of this study and research the theory and practical value of the subject. Introduced the purpose and significance of this paper and the present situation. The author define the relate concepts, such as "MOOC", "university", "teaching", "teaching reform".The second part:Introduced the development of MOOC, including how MOOC rise, the development situation of MOOC in domestic and foreign, as well as the future of MOOC. Then analysis the structure of MOOC and its basic features, including the course lecture video, test and evaluation, and discuss the interaction between students and teachers.The third part:Analyzed the effects of MOOC on traditional college class teaching in our country. It has brought a revolutionary impact on the university teaching content, teaching methods, teaching evaluation and teaching ability. As well as it brought opportunities for the traditional classroom teaching mode and individual learning mode which provides a new thought for changing the concept of teaching.The fourth part:Discusses the reform of college classroom teaching under the influence of MOOC, and Investigating of university classroom teaching. First of all, this study through interview method to investigate the 46 institutions of higher learning in GuangXi, learned that most of the institutions of higher learning to recognize the impact of the MOOC. According to the school situation, part of the school introduced network and carried the MOOC only for schools in learning. According to the interview of the GuangXi University for Nationalities and GuiLin Univrsity of electronic technology. We know that the school support the reform and the course pass rate is high. But the challenge for teaching reform is the concept change from teachers. Secondly, this study through self-made questionnaire method to investigate the situation of the two college students network curriculum and traditional classroom learning. The results of the survey is shown as the following several aspects.(1) In terms of learning behavior, more than 70% of the students to the network course learning attitude is positive, but the enthusiasm in discussing is not high. Both in network course of study and traditional classroom learning, students are still prefer to accept knowledge. In class, students think less and classroom participation is not high.(2) In terms of learning experience, students have the tendency of "satisfied" and "not satisfied" in two kinds of teaching method.The satisfaction to the network curriculum teaching way is higher than traditional classroom. The main advantage of network course is "learning style convenient and freedom" and "rich course". The main problem is the learning process has difficulty in communication, so some problems that cannot be solved in time. (3) In terms of learning expectations, students hope teachers have a strong sense of responsibility and profound professional knowledge, teaching content should be forward-looking, by adopting the combination of teachers’ teaching with self-exploration. Students like to communicate with others, hope that through learning to improve innovation ability and problem solving ability. Students like harmonious relaxed classroom atmosphere. Finally, the author observed about the present situation of classroom teaching. Through analyzed the data, it is concluded that the existing university classroom teaching have three aspects characteristics. Classroom interaction behavior appears the characteristics of high frequency and low quality. Classroom questioning behavior in shallow layers and questions object is narrow. Lead the students’ views and development dialogue behavior characteristic is not obvious.The fifth part:Based on MOOC brings opportunities and challenges, combined with the present situation of the college classroom teaching, this paper puts forward some measures for improving the effectiveness of classroom teaching. (1) To construct four integrated teaching philosophy; (2) To design teaching goal based on students; (3)To build a flip classroom teaching mode; (4)To build communication environment.The sixth part:Summarize the full text and propose the inadequacies of this research.
