High school thought political lesson is a door of China's AD hoc aims to develop the high school curriculum of ideological and moral and political ideas,it pay more attention to students' emotional?attitude?values education.Considering from two aspects of theory and reality,the implementation of high school ideological and political teaching effectiveness,the cultivation of students' emotional attitude values depend on school and teachers in the follow subjectivity?practicality?coordination?modernity and adaptive selection on the basis of a comprehensive,systematic development and utilization of hidden curriculum resources.According to the source of the hidden curriculum resources,can and should take advantage of the hidden curriculum in senior high school ideological and political teaching resources including the hidden curriculum resources behind the dominant curriculum?material?system and spirit of four categories of hidden curriculum resources.Do for four types of hidden curriculum resources of comprehensive?systematic development and utilization will help contribute to students' all-round development the realization of teaching goals.Dominant curriculum is the main form of school education teaching.However,Dominant curriculum is difficult to ensure the all-round development of students,”teaching materials” and the special class activities of the moral education function of moral education has failed to fully realize the question that remains widespread.To this end,the school and high school political teachers should be teaching concept?teaching material content processing?rendering?consolidated?sublimation implementation directory to the teaching material?on the body?auxiliary and the moral education function of moral education class activities and effective?comprehensive development and utilization.Hidden curriculum resources of physical education for the school provides the organization foundation,which is human nature?rich moral worth more emotional and symbolic of the material.Therefore,the schools should strengthen the propaganda education?explore research?scientific planning and adjustment form,develop distinctive ? material resources for the sustainable development of school.System as the main form of hidden curriculum resources of system have the function of the standard management,and promote the development of ideological and political education.At present,the school system exist in the construction of autonomy?fairness?incentive?balance is not enough,influence the realization of the system of moral education value,based on the system construction of the human nature of good and evil ? behavior patterns ? the ability of rational hypothesis,middle school should be standardized in the system construction ?system,focus on people-oriented?incentive is given priority to?dynamic balance open and inclusive.Finally,represented by teachers' personality charm and ban feng spirit of the curriculum resources,the development of education has the scientific?aesthetic and cultural value,and to give full play to the spirit of hidden curriculum resources of the positive role of ideological and political teaching in high school,teachers should strive to do from affection?virtue?knowledge?skills five aspects to cultivate teachers' personality charm,the teacher in charge should be from the head teacher role?class a common goal?student cadre troop construction?interpersonal relations?class learning ethos?public opinion direction and students cultivate good ban feng nurturance education aspects.
