The reform of our science education is at a critical juncture. In this context, the Science Museum-School Collaboration is an effective way to promote the development of science education in our country.Science museum education and school education play a different role because of their different characteristics. The science education based on Museum-School Collaboration encourage multidisciplinary knowledge integration, and STEM education with a special focus on the characteristics of interdisciplinary integration, coincides with Museum-School Collaboration. This paper will study the STEM theory of education, and on this basis,we explored the primary school science curriculum design from the perspective of STEM Education based on the Museum-School Collaboration,to provide a reference point of view for the improvement of science education curriculum design. This paper include the following several parts:The first part clarified the research background and significance of this paper.Put forward the research purpose and research methods of this and presented foreign and domestic existing related researches. The second part through consulting relevant literatures at home and abroad,STEM education theory is analyzed, and the characteristics and significance of STEM education are summarized;by comparing the traditional museums and modern science and technology museum, the educational function of science and technology museum is defined;a survey of science museums and science teachers is used as the basis for the integration of STEM education and science education of Museum-School Collaboration in the following chapters. The third part is based on the previous research, the basic principles of the case design of primary school science curriculum based on the Museum-School Collaboration under the STEM education perspective are collated and extracted. The content of this course follows the comprehensive principle, practical principle, social principle and non structural principle, and makes full use of the resources of the science and technology museum. On the basis of primary school science curriculum standards,we put forward the target requirements of this course and divide it into four dimensions: scientific knowledge and skills, the science inquiry and engineering design, scientific attitude and innovative consciousness, science and technology and real life;To construct the "6 E" teaching mode which is different from the general inquiry teaching. The curriculum design includes Engage,Explore,Explain,Extend,Enrich and Evaluate of the six links;Teaching evaluation using the formation of evaluation and final evaluation to evaluate the student’s learning effect. The fifth part is conclusion. We summarized the previous article, pointed out the shortcomings of this study, and made a prospect of the subsequent development of science curriculum.
