Adhere to the teachers' professional development is the necessary way of education reform,enhance the teachers' professional quality,build a high level,high quality,high efficiency of teachers played a vital role in education reform.And PE teachers is a necessary part of teachers,to carry out the overall policy of physical education curriculum reform,without a struggle in a line of PE teacher,Physical education curriculum reform success or failure in addition to relevant policy guidance and support,but also on PE teachers' professional quality.So for PE teachers,for the Physical education curriculum reform contribute an own strength,to improve their professional level,for the professional development of teachers' tomorrow is imperative.This research uses the literature material,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and other research methods,for junior high school physical education teachers in the area of haikou,aims to investigate junior high school physical education teachers in haikouin professional development present situation,and analyzes the existing problems,and based on this,advances targeted suggestions,to promote the development of PE teachers' professional sports to the improvement of the teachers and the professional development level of ascension to provide certain help.The study found that the professional development situation of junior high school physical education teachers in haikou were mixed,the good news is that physical education teachers teamin haikou is young,full of passion and vigor,record of formal schooling also reached the undergraduate level,professional knowledge and teaching ability in the sports action demonstration ability is good,at the same time can also be required to raise their business level and professional accomplishment.But professional development has many problems,mainly due to the following four aspects: first,the basic structure is not the ideal PE teachers,"the younger age distribution,partial 'masculine' gender distribution,degree distribution of the partial" standard ",the title distribution of partial is primary" became the basis of objective factors influencing the sports teachers' professional development;Second,sports PE teachers Professionalism still need to improve,"drive stability point of view is given priority to,lack of professional development,the basic knowledge reserves to a professional knowledge reserves,conventional capacity is good,the lack of scientific research ability",such as several levels,respectively,from the level of professional attitude and professional ability reflects the PE teachers' professional quality still needs to improve;Third,the professional development way lack of effectiveness,although ways of the professional development for PE teachers in haikou can be chosen are diverse,but to promote PE teachers' professional level of effectiveness obviously is not high;Fourth,many factors affect the sports teachers' professional development,from the physical education teachers themselves,family,school and society levels.To solve problems above existing in the PE teachers' professional development in haikou,I will solve the above problems is summarized as the following aspects:First,the “inside and outside and repair”ascension of soft and hard power;Second,“slow and steady ”increase professionalism;Third,to strengthen the professional development way of “suit the remedy to the case”"effect.Fourth,the “obstacles”to evade the professional development influencing factors.
