At the National Education Conference held in 2018,General Secretary Xi explained the important role of education in national development.He believed that education is the cornerstone of national rejuvenation and social progress.The education plan is teacher-oriented.Teachers are the first resource of education.High-quality teachers are the key to promoting education reform and improving the quality of education and teaching.To strengthen the construction of teachers,we need to enhance the professional development of individual teachers.Teacher professional development will accompany the teacher's entire career.It is a process in which teachers continuously update their knowledge and enhance their professional capabilities.Therefore,teachers at all stages should pay attention to professional development.Physical education teachers are an important part of teachers,so the professional development of physical education teachers should be paid extensive attention.The re-evaluation period of physical education teachers is an important stage for teachers' professional development.At this stage,some teachers appear to have lower requirements for their professional development,become accustomed to existing teaching procedures,and lose their passion for educational work and innovation.Need to be improved,how to make the professional development of physical education teachers at this stage is the current problem to be solved.Therefore,this article takes Shijiazhuang urban experiment to re-evaluate the junior high school PE teachers as the research object,analyzes the experimental re-evaluation period of the junior high school PE teachers' development status,helps teachers at this stage to accelerate the pace of professional development,shorten the development cycle,and smoothly enter the next stage.This study uses the literature method to extensively collect relevant literature materials related to the professional development of physical education teachers,and organize and read them.Based on the "Professional Standards for Middle School Teachers(Trial)" and combining the characteristics of physical education teachers' careers,the selection of professional development indicators for physical educationteachers was completed using the Delphi method,and the weight value of each indicator was calculated.Design teachers' questionnaires based on the identified indicators,use questionnaires and interviews to understand the professional development of junior high school physical education teachers in Shijiazhuang is experimental re-evaluation period,and then combine theory with reality to analyze the status of professional development of physical education teachers at this stage Problems,solutions to problems.Through the above studies,the following conclusions are reached:(1)Through the Delphi method,constructing indicators for the professional development of physical education teachers includes 4 first-level indicators,14second-level indicators,and 53 third-level indicators.And the weight value of each indicator is determined,and the content of the indicator is explained reasonably.(2)According to questionnaires and teacher interviews,in terms of professional concepts,most junior high school physical education teachers in Shijiazhuang City are in the period of experimental re-evaluation..In terms of teacher ethics,irregular behaviors often occur,but most teachers have good professional ethics.(3)In terms of professional knowledge,the junior high school physical education teachers in Shijiazhuang City in the experimental re-evaluation period have a good grasp of physical education knowledge,but teachers need to further strengthen their learning.They have a general grasp of teaching and general knowledge.Increase efforts to improve learning.(4)In terms of professional competence,Shijiazhuang urban area is in a period of experimental re-evaluation.Most of the junior middle school physical education teachers have a good level of physical education design ability,after-school training ability and organizational activity ability,but the teaching implementation ability and reflective ability are average,and the teacher's scientific research ability Poor,the ability to plan for its own future development needs to be improved.(5)The factors affecting the professional development of junior high school physical education teachers in Shijiazhuang City during the experimental re-evaluation period mainly include school environment factors,personaldevelopment factors,policy factors,living environment factors,and welfare benefits.(6)Aiming at the problems existing in the professional development of junior middle school physical education teachers during the experimental re-evaluation period,in order to improve the professional development level of junior high school physical education teachers during the experimental re-evaluation period,development strategies are mainly given from three aspects: individuals,schools and society.Individuals must establish the correct professional concept and make a reasonable plan for their professional development;schools must set up a learning model of teacher cooperation and conduct case studies so that teachers can clearly understand their shortcomings in teaching;social aspects must be innovative Training model to improve teachers' professional development system.Provide targeted strategies for the professional development of junior high school physical education teachers in Shijiazhuang is urban re-evaluation period,continuously accelerate the development process of junior high school physical education teachers at this stage,and improve the level of professional development.
