It is pointed that we should emphasize the combination of learning and thinking in the innovative talent training mode according to the Program for the "National Medium and Long Term Educational Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)".It advocates the teaching mode of elicitation,inquiry,discussion and participation which will helps students know how to learn.It is useful for arousing students' curiosity,cultivating students' interests and hobbies and creating a good environment for independent thinking,free exploration and innovation.The Autonomous Learning which is based on the inverted classroom mode is proposed in this paper has been studied which is adhering to the concept of education in the "Outline".It can transfer the knowledge to students before the class and they can develop learning goals based on their learning to make a selective learning with this method.Meanwhile,it also can make the knowledge internalization in class to prompt students to reflect on their own learning process to find and make up for their own shortcomings through a series of tasks and activities,as well as students self-evaluation,mutual evaluation and teacher comments.This teaching method allows students to enhance their Meta cognition of knowledge,stimulate their learning motivation and improve their learning behavior.This paper is divided into five chapters.The research contents are as follows.The first chapter is the introduction.The objectives and content of this paper is determined by using the study of proactive learning and inverted classroom domestically and abroad.Then the paper defines the concept of self-regulated learning and inverted classroom teaching method and puts forward the relevant theoretical basis.The second chapter analyzes the results of the questionnaire according to the three aspects of metacognition,learning motivation and learning behavior.It is found that there are many problems in autonomous learning in the traditional teaching mode.For example,in terms of the metacognition,the students have no clear purpose when setting up goals and students are not capable enough to make self-summary and carry out self-regulation.In terms of learning motivation,the majority of students are intrapersonal,recognized and external motivation learning.These motivations can not achieve effective self-learning.In terms of learning behavior,a very small number of students can use their own initiative to create the best environment to study.In the third chapter is a deep analysis of the autonomous in the inverted classroom.This paper analyzes its main characteristics and learning resources,and puts forward the teaching strategies of developing students' metacognition,stimulating students' internal motivation and optimizing learning environment through the implementation process of autonomous learning teaching strategy.In the fourth chapter author has applied the theory to the practice teaching of the course Cashier practice in a higher vocational college and gained the Autonomous Learning in inverted classroom which is studied on the students of accounting and auditing through the questionnaire and teaching experiment research.Every student in the experimental class made obvious progress in terms of learning attitude,learning ability and academic achievement.The fifth chapter is the summary and outlook of this paper,the Autonomous Learning in inverted classroom is feasible to operate and worthy promoting which can promote the ability of students' autonomous learning.
