The Research Of Countermeasure In Training Vocational Ability Of Technical College Students

The party's “18” proposed “to speed up the development of modern vocation education” strategy,technician institute ushered in the reform and development of new opportunities.Especially under the time background of integration of the beijing-tianjin-hebei region,technician institute as an important intellectual support for the coordinated development of beijing-tianjin-hebei,more highlights the role of high-skilled personnel training base.But,along with the speeding up of reform,the development of the technician institute the emerging imbalances,especially skilled personnel training quality caused wide attention from all walks of life.Based on vocational ability classification research,this study used questionnaire survey and field interview method,the technician institute students' professional ability to compare the different grade,the different professional,from the perspectives of students,school,teacher evaluation,at the same time to Tianjin,Tangshan,Qinhuangdao and other enterprises,a survey of technician institute graduates and general ability in nearly three years,analyze the survey to obtain the relevant data,clear vestibule school specific problems that exist in the students' vocational ability training,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.Study shows that the overall unit of choose and employ persons to occupational ability of vocational school graduates is not high,especially in the ability to adapt,problem solving ability,learning ability and team cooperation ability doesn' t meet expected requirements.Evaluating vocational ability in different majors,though there are differences,but widespread lack of career planning consciousness and self cognitive deviation.To this,from this study to strengthen teachers team construction,actively promote the education teaching reform,promote the school brand construction and students' professional skills and professional quality improvement,change talents evaluation mode,strengthen the teaching supervision etc,first proposed the idea of technician institute student professional ability training,to improve the status quo,strengthen students' employment ability,in order to meet the needs of enterprises and society,make the technician institute graduates in an impregnable position in the talent competition,for schools to set up a good reputation and enhance the level of running school.
