Professional Ethics Education Of Higher Vocational College Students

With the rapid expansion of the scale of higher vocational education,the continuous improvement of the school system,the clear goal of personnel training,higher vocational education ushered in the spring of vigorous development.The output of excellent talents in Higher Vocational Colleges provides a solid guarantee for the realization of “two centenary goals” and the great Chinese dream.Nevertheless,comparing with the occupation skill education,the occupation moral education of higher vocational students is still defective.In 2015,a document named "Higher Occupation Education Innovation Development Action Plan(2015-2018)" clearly pointed out that "improving the quality of Ideological and political education",to "strengthening the occupation moral cultivation and occupation quality have become the ideological and Political Education of students of higher occupation education.Focus on training,skilled technicians,and adhere to the spirit of the occupation."For the sake of the long-term development of the Higher Occupation Colleges,improving the vocational students' occupation moral quality,cultivating high-quality personnel occupation skills and complete occupation,spirit this paper takes the Jiangxi Tourism Trade Career Technical College tourism management major as an example,deeply investigates and studies the present situation of moral education which is thought as the breakthrough point to explore a series of research work.Through the analysis of questionnaire from students and employer,we can easily get that higher vocational students occupation moral education exists cognition deviation,education content of higher occupation colleges is boring and a lack of pertinence,single teaching method can not arouse students' interest,the evaluation system is not perfect,higher vocational colleges for students' occupation moral education is a lack of attention.But in view of the above problems,the author gives suggestions from several aspects: firstly,the vocational college students should enhance their awareness of their own and the occupation moral importance,strengthen self management and self supervision,guide the students to "Shendu";secondly,the content of moral education in the occupation should revise and update teaching materials to keep pace with the times and the introduction of case teaching;thirdly,teachers of higher vocational college should reform teaching methods,that is to say,the traditional teaching supplement should be combined with the new era "Internet plus",and also the introduction of foreign advanced teaching experience;fourthly,as for evaluation of occupation moral education,comprehensive and meticulous to carry out the occupation evaluation on higher vocational college students;fifthly,considering a number of factors for the effects of occupation moral education of higher vocational students in all respects,applying many factors to escort the smooth development of the occupation moral education.
