Since the popularization of higher education,in order to respond to "why the Chinese universities cannot cultivate outstanding talents," Qian xuesen's crossexamination,colleges and universities have had to create elite personnel training experimental classes,focus on resources to focus on the experimental class students to cultivate,however,the experimental class students whether the performance-related aspects of the performance is better than ordinary students to be verified.In this study,the experimental class and the ordinary class of learning and study as the object of study.This paper mainly discusses four points,whether there are differences between the experimental students and the ordinary students in the academic situation,what are the differences,what is the effect of the students' final learning and how to improve the learning achievement of the experimental students by controlling the influencing factors.Using literature analysis,questionnaires,interviews and comprehensive induction and other methods to carry out the research.Through the self-compiled questionnaire,a total of 600 students in the experimental class and the general class were investigated.SPSS20.0 was used to analyze the mean data and the multiple linear regression analysis.In this paper,the following conclusions can be drawn from the study: There are significant differences in the academic situation between the experimental class and the ordinary students in the university.The influencing factors of the learning achievements of the experimental class and the ordinary class students are different;the intrinsic factor of the students in the experimental class is learning and learning of the important factors.The learning environment will not have an important impact on learning harvest,and internal and external factors will affect the general class of students learning harvest;both the experimental class or ordinary class,different grades of students in the academic situation there is a big difference;Whether or not as a student cadre only on the ordinary class students have an impact.In order to further improve the quality of teaching and management in experimental class,four countermeasures are put forward: To guide students in the experimental class to establish a scientific view of learning;adjust the course form,optimize the experimental class student credit structure;a phased assessment,given the experimental class students comprehensive guidance;to achieve interaction,to promote the experimental class students and ordinary Class students to progress together.
