Since the 21 st century,the people who possess scientific consciousness of innovation and the rich practical ability talent to practice are needed in the new century.Biology as a basic subject,focusing on the combination of theory and practice,not only can provide the students with biography knowledge,but also enable students to improve the is good for the students,talent of practice;the talent of analyzing and solving questions,the talent of solving problems,the talent of cooperating and the talent of innovating.As the development of new curriculum reform,the teaching of biological experiment has been paid more and more attention in the teaching of middle school.the effect of bio-experiment teaching becomes more and more important.In order to learn more about the middle school biology teaching condition in the city of Zhangqiu and analyze the problems of biology teaching,I start the research work.This study uses literature method,survey method(questionnaire and interview)and other research methods,It is a survey to utilize the methods,such as the documentary method,the investigation method.It is a survey that is based on information retrieval to prepare the questionnaire and the interview outline.And 8 middle school students of the city in Zhangqiu were chosen as respondents.What is more,questionnaire survey was conducted to both the teachers and students of middle school,and I chose the interviewing method to talk to the teachers.After data processing and analysis,the statistical results showed that there are some deficiencies in the middel school biology experiment teaching in Zhangqiu: At all levels of departments and schools on the degree of emphasis on experimental teaching is still inadequate;There are gaps in teaching conditions between urban and rural schools;Teachers lack the concept of experimental teaching and teaching pressure is large;Teaching resources(such as laboratories)are not fully utilized;Teaching evaluation method is too single etc.And then I deal with the data of statistics results and analyze the bio-experiment teaching condition of the middle school of the city of Zhangqiu.According to the shortcomings of biology teaching which were found out,I put up with several suggestions to improve bio-experiment teaching quality of Zhangqiu on the basis of some theories.firstly,strengthen the cognition of the bio-experiment importance;secondly,improve the comprehensive quality of biology teachers;thirdly,optimize the resource of bio-experiment teaching;lasting,establish scientific reasonable evaluation system.
