With the implementation of the new curriculum,middle school chemistry teachers' teaching ability is facing severe challenges.Teachers' teaching ability is closely related to the teaching activities,improve the middle school chemistry teachers' teaching ability is the key to the development of school teaching.In order to improve the quality of teachers and realize the specialization of teachers,put forward the "outstanding teachers" training plan in our country.Therefore,we need to clear outstanding teachers' teaching ability to constitute and improve teachers' teaching ability to excellence.In this paper,on the basis of research in the relevant domestic teaching ability,grasp the development trend of the relevant domestic research and trend.Applying the famous future forecasting method——delphi method and with the authoritative consensus that reached by 30 top-tier high school chemistry teachers,we conclude six primary components of teaching ability and the corresponding secondary components that outstanding middle school chemistry teachers should possess.We clarified the connotation of secondary elements.Finally,we formed the outstanding high school chemistry teachers' teaching ability structure model.This paper includes eight sections,the main content is as follows:The first part,mainly illustrates the reason of topic selection.The second part,this paper reviewed the research situation of the relevant domestic teaching ability.Mainly according to the teachers' ability,teaching ability,high school chemistry teachers' ability to review the progressive transformation of way,get the revelation,found that deficiency in the existing research and determine the research question.The third part expounds the purpose task and method of the research.The fourth part,the theoretical foundation of the research.This paper mainly discusses the teachers' professional development,curriculum reform theory,constructivism theory,the characteristics of chemistry discipline and excellent teachers.The fifth part,clarify the Delphi method,form a panel,investigate the purpose and taskof each stage.The sixth part,using the Delphi method to investigate the implementation stage.A total of three rounds of investigation,for each round of survey data processing.The seventh part,analysis of survey data of three rounds of Delphi method,form theresults of the study.The eighth part,comprehensive literature analysis and Delphi method,form the final outstanding high school chemistry teachers' teaching ability the composition and structure of the model.The ninth part,points out the deficiency of this thesis and the research prospects.The following is the place of innovation of this paper:(1)Applying the open future forecasting method——delphi method,we realized the breakthrough of study method.(2)This paper discusses the composition of outstanding high school chemistry teachers' teaching ability,and illustrates the connotation of the constituent elements.This already filled about outstanding research blank of middle school chemistry teachers' teaching abilities,and with the current demand for teachers' development and foster close contact.
