In recent years, with the increasing enrollment of colleges and universities, the number of graduates has increased year by year, and unemployment is becoming a common phenomenon. In order to alleviate the current situation of the employment of college students, help to send back to their country of origin, have not yet implemented the work of college graduates, the Chinese government introduced a system of employment of College graduates. Since 2009, Jining city, the implementation of the employment of college graduates trainee system has made great achievements in the implementation process, but also a lot of problems, this article through the investigation, analysis of the causes of the implementation of the system in the basic understanding and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.Paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, consists of three parts including the background and significance, research status, framework and research methods; the second part is the system of employment of college graduates in Jining City internship work implementation survey, including the employment internship system of specific design and actual operation situation; the third part is the analysis of Jining city college graduates employment probation investigation and analysis, including scheme and questionnaire design, data statistics and results; The fourth part is the implementation of the Jining college graduate student employment system, including the problem of combing and root analysis; the fifth part of the employment of college graduates in Jining, the improvement measures and suggestions. Among the third, fourth and fifth parts, it is the key part of the employment of college graduates in the employment of the existing problems, reflection and improvement.The employment system of college graduates is an important measure for the government to help the graduates to improve their competitive ability. By integrating the resources of the government, schools and society, from the help of college graduates to improve their employment ability to achieve formal employment, the effect is far higher than the graduates to provide subsidies, basic life support and other measures. Is not only conducive to the realization of the social quality of personnel resources, but also conducive to maintaining family stability and promote social harmony. Of course, in the implementation process, but also exposed some problems and drawbacks. In this paper, we hope to share the experience and analyze the problems through the immature research, and make contributions to the further improvement of the college graduates' employment system.
