Analysis And Countermeasures Study On The Employment Situation Of Undergraduates Majoring In Tourism Management

In recent years,China's tourism industry is booming,the tourism industry and other industries have been expanding in scale,and the quantity and quality of people who work in tourism demand also increased.This will promote the university which has the tourism management undergraduate professional personnel training,curriculum system,practice teaching,employment support and other aspects of optimization and adjustment to promote the tourism management professional students have the expertise,ability and quality to better meet the tourism industry,The new needs of the development of the tourism industry.Based on the analysis of the relevant data of the employment of undergraduates in China in 2016,this paper raises the origin of the construction of the support system which affects the employment quality of undergraduates majoring in tourism management.Combined with the professional workers supply and demand matching,human capital and other related theories,to explore China's tourism management undergraduate professional training objectives,curriculum,practice environment construction and other aspects of the general lagging behind the development of industry.This paper takes the tourism management specialty of Beijing Union University as an example,and analyzes the employment situation of the graduates from the data of the graduates' employment situation,and analyzes and summarizes the effective aspects of the reform in the areas of professional personnel training programs,curriculum system construction,innovative practice teaching,perfect employment system,Achievements,as well as schools to further improve the quality of tourism management graduates,the expansion of students to expand the international perspective,improve students' comprehensive practical ability,the development of "tourism +" comprehensive cross-related courses and other related measures.In the end,this paper puts forward the importance of cultivating the internationalization of tourism talents,strengthening the cultivation of students' psychological quality and humanistic quality,improving the competitiveness of professional talents and strengthening the employment and entrepreneurship policies and funds for the national "one side" strategy and the goal of the international first-class tourist city construction.The paper gives some suggestions on the development of China's tourism management,tourism personnel training;tourism talent employment has some reference.
