The Research Of Chinese Doctoral Education Quality Assurance System

Nowadays,the world has come into the era of intellectual economy,and the international competition,especially the competition for high-quality talents,has become increasingly intense.Consequently,or the purpose of having a share,winning a place in the world,all nations commit themselves to improve their quality of higher education and competitiveness.As an indispensible component of higher education,doctorate cultivation is of great significance to improve the standard of higher education and fulfill the task of stable development of science,technology and culture.In recent years,the problem of doctorate cultivation has received increasingly more attention in China and many policies have been issued and executed in view of supporting the development of doctorate cultivation and education.However,due to the late start of our doctorate education,when compared with the conditions of quality guarantee of doctoral candidates' cultivation abroad,there exists a large gap between China and other countries despite that some achievement has been reached after some sinuous development.In consequence,the concepts like quality guarantee,quality guarantee of doctoral candidates' cultivation etc are illustrated and defined first in this paper.Then in Chapter three,through combining the status quo of the development of China's quality guarantee of doctoral candidates' cultivation,the existing problems are analyzed and the reasons for those problems are explored.In Chapter four,an overview is given on the developing histories of quality guarantee of doctoral candidates' cultivation in America,Europe and Japan with their characteristics being summarized and their reference and inspiration for the construction and improvement of China's quality guarantee of doctoral candidates'cultivation system being analyzed.In Chapter five,a system of quality guarantee of doctoral candidates' cultivation consistent with China's reality of higher education proposed in this paper.In addition,this chapter also analyzes the object of this system,expounds the system's three elements of subject,object and environment with these elements'relationships and operational mechanism being expounded.At last,an integrated model of quality guarantee of doctoral candidates' cultivation system is designed,which includes five subsystems such as quality perceiving,process management of quality,process monitoring of quality,quality feedback and quality evaluation.
