With the country's emphasis on the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers, people pays more and more attention to the effectiveness of teacher learning. As future pioneer of education and the reserve forces of chool development, the learning problems of novice teachers are increasingly subject to people's attention.Teacher learning is different from purely commercial activity, but teacher learning as other commodity production, there is also the demand and supply problems, and it pursue supply and demand balance. For novice teachers, whether their learning demand can be effectively provided, decide whether they can adapt to teaching work as soon as possible, and then better transition to mature teachers. Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the demand and supply of novice teachers' learning.First of all, this paper elaborated the origin of the research, the related literature review, the research design and the theoretical basis of the research and so on.It laid the foundation for the later research.Secondly, this paper investigates and analyzes the learning demand and supply situation of primary school teachers through the questionnaire survey and the interview investigation method. It provides a realistic basis for exploring the contradiction between supply and demand for teachers' learning. Then, based on the existing findings, this paper analyzes the contradiction between the demand and supply of primary school teachers and explores the reasons for the formation of contradictions. Finally, according to the previous research, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to adjust the contradiction between teachers' learning demand and supply,in order to improve the effectiveness of primary school teachers' learning. It is found that there are some contradictions in the demand and supply of novice teachers' learning at primary school, which mainly manifests the imbalance of quantity, imbalance of quality and imbalance of structural. There are two forms of quantity imbalance, that is demand exceeds supply or supply exceeds demand.Quality imbalance is mainly manifested in the quality of learning supply is not high,it can not meet the needs of teachers for high quality learning supply. In addition, the quality imbalance is also reflected in regional differences or inter-school differences. There are two manifestations of structural imbalance, that is,unified learning supply can not meet the differences learning demand of teachers, lagging learning supply can not meet the learning demand of teachers in the new period. The adjustment of the contradiction between teachers' learning demand and supply should be analyzed according to different situations. In terms of quantity,if the demand is insufficient,it is necessary for the government to increase the investment in teachers' learning, and the education administrative departments and schools will need to strengthen the emphasis on theinitial teachers' learning. If the oversupply,we can cut unnecessary supply of learning and improve supply efficiency. In addition,we also need to constantly improve the learning supply to stimulate teachers' learning demand. In terms of quality, the educational administration and schools should strengthen the supervision and assessment of the supply of learning,in order to promote the quality of the learning supply. In addition, the government should co-ordinate urban and rural development and rational allocation of educational resources to reduce the regional or school supply quality between the larger gap.How to adjust structural contradictions? First of all,We should establish a smooth learning demand channel for teachers;Secondly,we have to implement differentiated teacher learning supply;Thirdly,we want to guide novice teachers to self-supply.
