Since the reform and opening up,China's family structure has become increasingly miniaturized and diversified,and the proportion of the elderly in a family is growing.At the same time,it is expected that in the middle of this century,the elderly population over 60 years old will account for about 35% of the total population,and the "empty nesters" who exceeds half of the elderly population has become a group of the whole society concerned.It can be seen from this that the aging of the population has become an important national condition in China at this stage and even in the 21 st century.Therefore,how to meet the learning needs of the elderly has become a hot topic of current research.At present,the rapid development of the elderly university provides a platform for enriching the elderly's later life.However,from the current situation of the satisfaction of the learning needs of the elderly,the supply of education in the elderly university is affected by many factors,and some problems.Based on this,this study takes the matching of the education supply of the elderly university and the learning needs of the elderly as the core of the problem.Based on the qualitative research methodology,the case study is the specific research method,and the representative N senior university is selected as the research case to explore the current situation of university education supply with the learning needs of the elderly,to tap the factors affecting the matching of supply and demand,and to explore the matching strategies of the two,establishing a matching framework for the supply of old-age universities and the learning needs of the elderly,achieving matching between supply and demand,and better meeting the needs of the elderly learning needs.This research is divided into four parts: theoretical basis,method design,result analysis and strategy discussion.From the theoretical basis analysis,this study uses the supply-demand matching theory to explore the relationship between the supply of education in the old university and the learning needs of the elderly,and establish a theoretical framework for the matching of the both,which can explain the matching between the supply of education and the learning needs.The degree provides a theoretical analysis framework for analyzing the supply of education in the elderly and the satisfaction of the learning needs of the elderly.From the perspective of research method design,case study itself is a study that tends to practice and action with an in-depth investigation of living materials.To this end,through case studies,select the N elderly university with universal significance,use specific interview methods and questionnaires to assist in the observation,physical data collection,etc.,through data analysis,text transcription,to lay the foundation for the next study.From the analysis of data results,the research findings include three levels: First,the learning needs of the elderly are generally satisfied with the education supply of the elderly universities,and there is a phenomenon that the supply of education in the elderly universities is inconsistent with the learning needs of the elderly;There are quantitative imbalances,quality imbalances and structural imbalances in the learning needs of the elderly;thirdly,factors affecting the mismatch between the educational supply of the elderly universities and the learning needs of the elderly,mainly including policy supply,financial support,the school itself,resource integration,and the elderly themselves.From the perspective of strategy,it is necessary to start from four aspects to achieve the matching of the education supply of the old university with the learning needs of the elderly.First of all,from the government level,we should formulate reasonable safeguard policies and give play to the functions of public governance.Mainly from the guidance of public policy,the allocation of government education resources and the coordination of government departments and agencies.Secondly,from the school level,we should play a self-driving force to improve the supply of senior universities.Older universities should change the traditional education supply model,jump out of pessimistic thinking,improve the curriculum system,use the Internet to build virtual campuses,and make up for the lack of supply.Thirdly,from the social level,integrate external resources,strengthen cooperation with ordinary universities and communities,and build the elderly volunteer team as human capital.Finally,from the perspective of the elderly themselves,they should exert subjective initiative and increase their participation.
